An ideal companion to pasta or pizza. Bucatini’s rich fruit, complex flavors, and peppery spice are a perfect match to pasta dishes, from Fettuccine Alfredo to Bucatini alla Carbonara. A pasta musta!
The Bucatini Estate
Bucatini is a collaboration between veteran winemaker Philip Zorn and longtime wine executive Brent Shortridge.
Bucatini is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the centre. The name comes from Italian: buco, meaning "hole", while bucato means "pierced".
The Bucatini Vineyard
Grapes were sourced from mature vines in Lodi, Sonoma, Amador County and the Central Coast.
