Azienda Agricola Marco Capra was founded in 1945 by Tommaso Capra in the hills of Santo Stefano Belbo, in Piedmont, and today Marco Capra farms some eighteen hectares across the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. Barbera is the everyday red of the region, and this is a fine example: a deep, bright ruby with violet glints, a nose of ripe plum and black cherry, and a palate that is full and generous yet kept lively by Barbera's signature fresh acidity. A natural partner for the table.
