Colchagua Valley is located in Rapel Valley, a sub-region of Chili’s Central Valley. The Colchagua Valley wine region is slightly cooler than the Maipo wine region, which is located to the north. The Valley has a consistent Mediterranean climate, with cooler nights due to the Pacific Ocean lying just south. The Colchagua Valley is evenly distributed with white and red grape varieties. As a rule, white grapes do better in cooler climates, while red grapes fare better in warmer weather. This is especially apparent in the region, as Merlot, Carmenere, Sauvignon, and Malbec are produced in the East, which is warmer, while Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay are planted in the West. Colchagua Valley is located on the Tinguiririca River and flows through the town of Santa Cruz and along the northern edge of the zone. Many wineries are located in this area. A river was formed in Colchagua from the melted ice caps of the Andean Mountain Peaks. Colchagua Valley has clay and silt soils that are ideal for grape growing. Wine enthusiasts claim the Colchagua Valley is becoming the best appellation in Chile.

Siegel Naranjo Orange Wine Viognier is made from 100% Viognier.
This wine has a nice gold color with some pink hues. On the nose, it shows some sweet notes of spices, dry nuts, white flowers, as well as some light notes of huesillo (dry peaches). In the mouth it shows a beautiful acidity, with a nice mouthfeel and structure and a good length to the finish.
Pair with rich fish and meat dishes, cheeses, appetizer and dessert.
Siegel Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Uber Cuvee is made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah.
Dark red color, perfumed nose with hints of vanilla. This fruity, cherry flavored wine exhibits round rich flavors that over deliver.
8 weeks of Oak aging, medium toasted barrels, 100% French Oak.
Best with grilled meats and stews.

Siegel Reserve Red Blend 1234 is made from 50% Syrah, 30% Carmenère, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot.
Deep ruby color. Intense aromas of black fruits, white pepper, spices and a hint of clove. The blend of four varieties gives a complex, deep wine with juicy tannins, good volume and very balanced.
Pre-fermenting cold maceration for five days, alcoholic fermentation at 26-28 C to obtain color and structure. Post fermentation maceration of two to three weeks according wine tasting and then the wine is separated from the skins. The wine ends its malolactic fermentation in tank. Harvest: by hand (30 day harvest window)

Siegel San Elias Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Fresh and delicate cassis tones, a great structure. Draw the cork half an hour before serving and serve at room temperature.

Siegel San Elias Carmenere is made from 100 percent Carmenere.
The nose shows beautiful red and dark fruit aromas, earthy notes and violets with balanced acidity. Supple and round in the mouth, juicy tannins, good concentration.
Pairs well with pasta dishes, Mediterranean cuisine and grilled vegetables.
Siegel San Elias Chardonnay is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
This Chardonnay has a light yellow color with green highlights. The nose shows fresh and intense tropical fruit aromas of pineapple, citrus, herbs and a touch of honey. On the palate it is lush, smooth and well-balanced with good acidity and lovely tropical fruit flavors.

Buccella Cuvee Katrina Eileen Napa Valley is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Named after our first-born daughter, Cuvée Katrina Eileen is primarily composed of fruit from a vineyard in the Western Hills of Yountville, where yields are miniscule. The extremely rocky soil of the vineyard produces concentrated clusters of perfectly ripened Cabernet Sauvignon. In German, the name “Katrina” represents purity and fittingly, this wine is made entirely from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, providing a pure expression of this decadent varietal. It also reflects our daughter’s personality with flavors that are complex, unreserved and expressive.
Always a 100% Cabernet blend, our 2017 Cuvée Katrina Eileen is an opulent and mouth-enriching wine. Captivated by the inky-black color, luscious scents of dark espresso and cinnamon stick leap out, along with powerful elements of graphite and cassis. Remarkably rich and seamless, while boasting flavors of blueberry compote, dark chocolate and black raspberries, this is a compelling and luxurious wine focused upon velvety texture, silky tannins and incredible length. An intentional breadth on the palate and length in the finish are hallmarks of this wine.
Oumsiyat Assyrtico is made from 100 percent Assyrtico.
Subtle aromas of white fruits and flinty mineral notes are framed by a delicate floral character. Linear on the palate with a wonderfully refreshing and mouthwatering finish.

The grapes were carefully selected to ensure the healthy and ripe fruit was vinified and then gently pressed. The must was racked and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16°C, with selected yeasts. The wine delivers a crisp, fresh style as it did not go through malolactic fermentation. It was lightly filtered prior to bottling.
