Capra Marco Doppiadi Barbera d'Asti is made from 100% Barbera.

Color: very deep bright ruby red with violet hues.
Bouquet: intense and persistent, pleasantly fruity and reminiscent of plums and black cherries.
Flavor: vinous, full, pleasantly fresh and generous.

Suitable as an aperitif with appetisers and sliced meats, it is perfect throughout a meal. it is perfect with pasta dishes featuring tagliatelle and ravioli, as well as with meaty main courses, such as stews and roasts. Interesting with medium-mature cheeses, with Toma and Pecorino.

Capra Marco Sireveris Dolcetto d'Alba is made from 100% Dolcetto.

Color: deep, bright ruby red with violet hues.
Bouquet: vinous, fruity and fragrant, with notes reminiscent of ripe cherries.
Flavour: full, dry flavour with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, typical of this variety.

A wine for drinking throughout a meal, it is perfect with cured meat and cheese snacks, ideal with rice and pasta dishes or with red meat, all combinations which enhance its delightful suitability for drinking.

Castelmaure Grande Cuvee Corbieres Rouge is made from 50% Grenache (30 year old) and 50% Syrah (30 year old).. 

In the early 1990’s, Castelmaure began experimenting with a Prestige Cuvée of Corbières.  This wine has become known as “Grande Cuvée” and is made with the help of the winemaking team of Tardieu-Laurent.

Vinification: destemming, pneumatic press, end of fermentation at 25 degrees C; two racking; aging in tank then in 220 Liter Bordeaux barrels for 10-12 months. Egg fining, slight filtration..

Deep and intense color, powerful aromas of dark berry fruit, prune and coffee nuances, and a persistent finish.

Vineyards: planted on 50% Schist and 50% limestone soils.

Cellier du Chateau de la Chaume Bourgogne Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay.

Clear yellow color.
Aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, leme tree and dried fruits.
The palate is rich and balanced, with good acidity and nice minerality.
Good length to the finish, pair with fish in creamy sauce, white meats and fine cheeses.

Chateau Bourdieu Absolu Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux is made from 79% merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec.

When Luc Schweitzer was joined by his two sons Richard and Ludovic at the estate, he wanted to embrace this new chapter in the family history and launched in 2016 a special cuvée from Château Bourdieu called "Absolu". This top-of-the-range cuvée is the best of what their terroir has to offer. The 35 year-old facing south vines benefit from a meticulous care: regular maintenance of the soil, yield control, manual leaf stripping, sorting of the berries - all practices that ensure the quality of this great Bordeaux wine.

A deep garnet color with magnificent purple highlights. The nose is intense and full, revealing notes of ripe black fruits and subtle hints of vanilla and roasted coffee. Great structure with finesse and tannic density that brings depth and length to the mouth. The aromatic purity of the perfectly ripened grape varieties is magnified by the complex and subtle oak flavors.

Pair: Rib of grilled beef and tournedos Rossini - butter pan-fried beef filet served on a crouton, and topped with a hot slice of fresh foie gras.

Produced from 100% Chenin Blanc planted on clay and flint stones based soils.
Vinification: aged in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled fermentation. Aged on the lees for 4 months. 
Kieselguhr filtration.
This sparking wine is fresh and fruity. Rich and easy to drink, which makes it a wonderful aperitif. For the aficionados this is an excellent food friendly wine. Its quality makes it a great alternative to Champagne.
