Ferrata Frevi Reserve Etna Rosso is made from 100% Nerello Mascalese.
Intense ruby red witth great structure, silky tannins, soft and elegant.
Pairs well with strong cheeses.
No irrigation. Harvest absolutely by hand as the tradition wants. Best grapes selected by hand from the oldest vines of the vineyard growed with the alberello training system only. Grapes are destemmed and not totally crushed, then kept in thermo-controlled fermentation vats where they macerate for 10/12 days at a temperature ranging between 18 and 22°C. After alcoholic fermentation the grapes are racked with soft presses. This wine is aged for about 24 months in French oak tonneau of 550 LT.
After bottled is aged minimum 10 months in the bottle.
Ferrata Punta Drago Etna Rosso is made from 100% Nerello Mascalese.
Pale ruby red color, elegant bouquet of red berries, spicy notes and underbrush. Great structure, silky tannins, soft and elegant.
Suitable with hors d'oeuvres of cured meats, aged cheese, meat dishes but also fish recipes.

Straw yellow colored with hints of almonds, vanilla and ripe fruit notes on the nose. On the taste, it is very rich in savoriness and freshness.
No irrigation. Hand harvest at the end of october.

Destemming and soft pressing into a pneumatic press (Extraction of the 60% of the Juice, Mosto Fiore).
60% of the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks and 40% was fermented in French Oak barriques (no new oak, only second use barrels).

Ageing in Oak and Stainless steel for 12-14 months, plus an additional 6 months minimum in the bottle.
Ideal with shellfish, raw fish or preparation with more intense flavors.

The Sonoma Coast bottling is a blend of barrels from Ferren's single vineyard offerings; Lancel Creek, Silver Eagle, Volpert, and Frei Road Vineyards. The wine is always somewhat more approachable early in its life as less new oak is used in the blend. Pure and translucent fruit is the hallmark of this cuvée. Citrus, quince, sea spray, and minerals are buoyed by refreshing acidity and a seamless finish.

A nuanced, tangy, mouthwatering and approachable wine that is both complex and very drinkable. The aromas are delicate, lifted and fresh, with oyster shells, lime zest, white flowers and chamomile. "The stunning 2021 WALT ‘Bob’s Ranch’ Pinot Noir is a masterclass by this winemaking team. This Sonoma Coast AVA property has a wide range of Pinot Noir selections and is in close proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Stored in roughly 30% new French oak, this shows off dense blackberry and black cherry notes on the nose with shades of cola. Very seamless on the mouth, this effortlessly glides throughout the drinking experience. The salty and savory aspects, as well as the length, all add to the enjoyment."

This chardonnay has a characteristic pale yellow color with a shade of gold and subtle nose that will remind you the fresh butter nuts and roasted almonds. On the palate, it is full bodied and fruity with a pleasant roundness.
Average age of the vines is 25 years old.
We produce a part of this cuvee with 12 hours skin maceration and another part from directly pressed grapes.
Wine was slightly filtered before bottling to insure the wine remains stable.
Best friend as an aperitive or with freshwater fish, shellfish and goat cheeses.
