Soave is home to Italy’s most exported white wines. Located in the northeast part of Italy, Soave is highly reputed for having sleek and smooth white wines. White wines in Soave often have dry and earthy characteristics.
Grape vines in Soave have been part of the region as old as ancient times. Soave’s most common grape vine is the Garganega. Garganega is one of Italy’s oldest grape wines, which reflects the long history of Soave in wine production. In addition to Garganega, the Trebbiano di Soave has also become a dominant grape varietal in the region. Trebbiano di Soave is often used as a partner to Garganega.
Grape and wine production in Soave takes place in the hills of Verona province. Vineyards thrive from stony volcanic soils and Mediterranean climate of the Soave region.

The grapes are collected and transported to the winery in small trailers to prevent the grapes from being squashed, then follows immediate separation of the skins from the stalks purifying of the must and long fermentation at 18 °C.
This is a Charmat method (The secondary fermentation didn't take place in the bottle, but in a vat, which makes it slightly different than the Champenoise method used in Champagne).
To serve with seafood starters, soups, egg dishes, shellfish, seafood and white meat. Very good as aperitif. The perfect match is with the "Baccalà alla Vicentina", the traditional dish of our land.
Gambellara Soave I Basalti is made from 100% Garganega.
Soave DOC from the Soave hills. Vineyard trained in Pergola Veronese system at 250m altitude on volcanic basalt soils. Straw yellow in color with delicate aromas of white flowers, almond, and citrus. Fresh and harmonious on the palate with pleasant minerality and a clean finish.
Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
The color is a brilliant straw yellow with a fresh fruit perfumes, especially apple and pear, and floral notes such as elder and bloom. The taste is very fresh and light, with a very interesting acidity. There is an important presence of mineral salts due to the volcanic origin of the soil.
Open pergola Vinification: Destemming, maceration of the grapes in the must for 12 hours, racking and long fermentation at 18 °C
Ideal as aperitif, light main courses such as pasta and risotto, shell fish and fish, soups and vegetables.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Kingly Vineyard is endowed with tremendous richness and concentration. It emerges from the best spots within Block 5, which is a bit more protected from the elements. The 2018 is a bit closed today, but it has a lot of promise. Time in the glass brings out layers of inky dark fruit and the savory, minerally notes that are such signatures. This potent Calistoga Cabernet needs time to shine, but it is impressive today just the same.

Miau Four Gatos Locos Malbec is made from 100% Malbec.
Miau is the typical cry a cat makes when willing to attract attention. Made by four mad cats — Mariana, Facundo, Gabriel and Juan — from their vineyard high in Alto Gualtallary, where the sun, slopes and limestone create the best wines in Valle de Uco.
The wine boasts a very deep color, red fruit aromas, spice and herbal perfume with an intense, profound mineral palate. Juicy and round tannins.
