Laurent Veyrat l'Antre Coeur Crozes-Hermitage is made from 100 percent Syrah. 

Big, gamey, meatiness with white pepper and green olive demonstrating intense notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry, and strawberry.

Brilliant golden yellow robe. The Bourgogne Chardonnay from Remy Lefevre is a marvel of density and aromatic expression. Very expressive on the nose, hints of stone and yellow fruits such as peach, pineapple. The opulence of the mouthfeel is nicely balanced between minerality and very delicate oaky notes. Slightly saline finish marked by a magnificent tension and freshness leaving an great memory and pleasure !

No irrigation. Machine harvested. Grapes destemmed 100%.

- Malolactic fermentation done
- Fine lees stirred during vinification
- 10% of the wine was aged in French Oak barrels
- 2 rackings carried out: one at the end of fermentation and one before bottling
- Wine filtered through a tangential filter

Remy Lefevre Bourgogne Chardonnay goes well with caesar salads, seafood and soft cheeses such as goat cheese. 

Dr. Leimbrock Estate Riesling is made from 100 percent Riesling.

Typical Riesling, fresh and fruity, easy drinking. Grapes come from Brauneberger Juffer and Juffer-Sonnenuhr - one of the most prestigious vineyards in the Mosel winegrowing region. The vineyard faces south and provides the best conditions for growing Riesling.

Pairs well with barbecue meats, pasta dishes.

Leindl Gruner Veltliner Eichelberg is made from 100% Gruner Veltliner.

Medium yellow green. Fine yellow apple fruit, delicate hint of quince and honey, candied orange zest, highly attractive bouquet. Juicy, good complexity, extract core sweet, silky texture, fine acidity bow, fine and salty minerality, great length, secure aging potential, a very finesse Veltliner-style.

Cold Fermentation. 
Aged on the lees for 12 months in Stainless Steel tank. No Oak. 

 Leindl Gruner Veltliner Langenlois is made from 100 percent Gruner Veltliner.

This classic Gruner Veltliner comes from the famous wine-growing region of Langenlois. A very typical fruity and fresh Gruner Veltliner offering green apples, juicy, minerality, a pleasant body and a good length. It is ideal with a wide range of dishes.

Cold Fermentation. 
Aged on the lees for 6 months in Stainless Steel tank. No Oak. No ML.
Produced from vines of 5-20 years old on slate soils.
