Wimmer Zweigelt Classic is made from 100 percent Zweigelt. 

This variety was created in 1922, when Dr. Fritz Zweigelt crossed two grapes - St Laurent and Blaufrankisch.

The wine boasts a deep and concentrated red color. It offers fruity, fresh and spicy aromas, cherry flavors. In the mouth it is smooth, medium-bodied, round and lively.

Malolactic fermentation. Aged 50% stainless steel, 50% oak barrels just for maturation (size 3000 liters).

Full-bodied, smooth and round, the wine is an ideal food companion.

Xavier Vignon Beaumes de Venise Rouge is made from 60% Grenache Noir, 15% Syrah , 15% Mourvèdre and 10% Cinsault.

Thanks to the altitude all the grape varieties have been vinified together. The altitude vines have brought enough acidity to proceed with a burgundy style ageing with 50% in barrels of 3 to 5 years and 50% in stainless steel tanks.

It's full-bodied and lush, with waves of black cherries, hints of stone fruit and nuances of allspice, pepper and licorice on the long finish.

Xavier Vignon Chateauneuf du Pape XV Rouge is made from 50% Grenache, 45% Mourvèdre and 5% Syrah. From 100 year old vines. 

It shows a bit of toasty oak up front but balances that with ample black cherry fruit and soft, dusty tannins. Long and harmonious on the finish, it should drink well on release in 2019 and for a decade or more after that.

Pairs with beef with mustard sauce - Pork tenderloin with winter vegetables - Roasted duck - Malaysian pork chop and spice tea.

Xavier Vignon Cotes du Rhone Blanc is 40% Viognier, 30% Grenache, 20% Roussane, & 10% Picpoul.

From Vienne to Avignon, the Côtes du Rhône appellation is one of the largest in the french vineyard.

Around 6% of the area is dedicated to the production of grapes from varieties that can be vinified as white wine.

Brilliant yellow with gold highlights.

Suave and generous taste. Long saline finish with good acidity.

Perfumes of yellow fruit, citrus, white flowers with mineral notes.

Traditional vinification. A very long fermentation lasting several months (6 to 8 months) to allow the yeasts to release more aromatic compounds, followed by immersion in Vinarium®.

Aged in Vinarium® for 24 months: a truncated wooden vat designed to hold and immerse 5 barrels. In this way, the CO2 produced by the Intra becomes the natural preservative for the Extra.

Pale and clear yellow.

Subtly oaked with hints of toasted bread, notes of honey mixed with pear.

Fresh and lively attack, well-balanced acidity and long lemony finish on the palate.

This white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Vinarium® is a veritable ode to innovation, unprecedented in the history of French wine! It is the result of a unique aging method: small barrels were immersed in the Vinarium®, a truncated wooden vat, completely sheltered from oxygen.
This wine was aged under pressure in immersion for thirty months.

Deep golden yellow in the glass.

Oaked and toasted aromas. Hints of dried fruit and mirabelle plum.

Xavier Vignon Lirac Rouge is made from 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.

Ripe fruit, ranging from raspberries and cherries to hints of stone fruit. Yet, it's not over the top or simply fruity. This full-bodied wine adds hints of leather, garrigue and licorice along the way, evolving from creamy to velvety on the palate and through the lasting finish.

Pairs with lamb Tagine with dry fruits - Duck breast fillet with green pepper sauce - BBQ Prime rib of beef.

Deep red in color, the Zuccardi Finca Piedra Infinita Altamira expresses great fruity character with notes of red fruit. Grand structure and acidity on the palate with mineral with notes of wet stone and graphite and a long finish.

Quiet complexity that needs time in the glass. While it is brooding and deep, there is also a perfumed, floral and herbal aspect that makes it so attractive and unforgettable, even at such an embryonic stage. Freshly crushed blueberries, dried licorice, decadent violets, crushed stones and ash on the nose. Satin-textured tannins on the palate, which are tense, chalky and seamless. Powerful and juicy with impeccable balance. A great, cerebral and intrinsic malbec from Argentina. You can drink now, if you want, but it is a wine that you’d want to keep for the next two decades.
