The Cambon la Pelouse Estate
Cambon la Pelouse is located in Macau, between Chateau Giscours and Chateau Cantemerle, just outside the Margaux appellation. Mr de Cambon founded the estate during the French Revolution. Annick and Jean-Pierre Marie took it over in 1996 and made some great investments to renovate the property.
The Cambon la Pelouse Vineyard
The vineyard spreads over 60 hectares of vines with an average of 30 years. The soil is made of fine and larger gravel from the quaternary period.
The vineyard is farmed under the "culture raisonnee" method (sustainable). Hand-harvesting, pruning, thinning out of the leaves, green harvesting, destemming ensure the perfect quality of the grapes.

Saint Pierre Saint Julien is made from 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Merlot.
Chateau Saint-Pierre Saint-Julien 4th Grand Cru Classé boasts a rich and brilliant purple color, a complex aromatic expression marked by beautiful ripe fruits combined with soft spices, chocolate and licorice nuances. Well-balanced and a good texture, the palate is round and subtle, supported by velvety tannins that enhance the elegant and pure character of this Saint Julien.

Philippe Milan Bourgogne Rouge Cote Chalonnaise is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
The wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes planted between 1963 and 1978 in the commune of Chassey Le Camp (extreme north of the Chalonnaise coast). The vineyard spreads over about 1.50 hectare with an average yield of 45 hl / ha. to reach optimum maturity for the grapes.
This Pinot Noir is lightly colored with loads of flavors, especially cherry. Very fresh and aromatic with a long finish.
