Founded in 1862, Casir dos Santos is one of the oldest wineries still operating today. With more that 100 years of history, the winery was selected to nurture our project. This is how Casir dos Santos was born. A winery which brings together a great history and a team of people who continuously bring professionalism, creativity and passion.

The winery was modernized and equipped with “state of the art” technology - a real example of science and technology placed at service of the most noble beverages to maintain its essence unpolluted. We produce wine form vineyards in 3 different places in the Uco Valley, and from Lujan de Cuyo and Maipu, we have the best from every wine region in Mendoza Winery Acreage: 142 Winery Production: 20,000 / 9L cases Varietals Produced: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay Winemaker: Didier Debono Vineyards: Finca Biondolillo, INTA, Novifruit, Pavot Dor, A16 and Gabrielli We strongly believe that winemaking is the art of liberating the vines essence outgrown from their weather and soils conditions. This is the reason why our vineyards are carefully selected for each of our lines.
