Zanon Wine Portfolio is the creation and vision of Columbus, Ohio resident Scott Zanon, who spent 16 years in the wine industry.
2011 was the first vintage with 400 cases produced and all for the State of Ohio. The wine was introduced in February of 2014. You will notice the Dry Creek appellation prominently displayed on the front label. In his eyes, Dry Creek Valley is the best spot in the world to grow Zinfandel…period. The 2013 bottling debuts the words “Old Vine” on the front label as the vineyard source is 40+ years old. The newly released 2016 vintage represents the fifth vintage and production continues at around 400 cases.
Today, all the fruit comes from a four generation (92 years), family owned winery (Pedroncelli Winery).

The Gigondas appellation is naturally delimited by the Dentelles de Montmirail to the east and the upper plateaux of the Ouvèze River to the west. The rugged topography of the Dentelles, amazing limestone pyramids, protects the vines from excessive summer heat and the full force of the mistral. Our vines grow on steep terraces up to 400 metres in altitude.
This Cru Gigondas displays a fine balance between freshness and an impression of sweetness due to old Grenache vines planted at high altitude. The wine is big on the palate, with a dense texture of rich, ripe tannin. Its polished personality reflects a top-rate terroir.
Review:
"Very full, rich and luxurious in style with ripe red berries and some rich, meaty fruit coming through on the palate; grainy and gritty tannins, with plenty to chew on. Feels youthful and tight but harmonious. The lovely acid line brings precision and pep. Tapered finish. Very appealing!"

Collier Creek Spring Willow Sauvignon Blanc is made from Sauvignon Blanc.
Nestled in the heart of the Lodi Appellation, where farmland ran as far as the eye could see, Collier Creek is a place that reminds us of simpler times. Spring Willow Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious example of how well balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Lodi can be. The wine has citrus and lemongrass aromas, with a light and crisp mouthfeel and a refreshing finish.
Pair with scallop ceviche, pesto pasta and goat cheese.
