Pazo de Senorans Seleccion de Anada Albarino is made from 100 percent Albarino.
Straw yellow with greenish tints, vivid and brilliant. High intensity and very expressive. Profusion of aromas with traces of mineral. Great volume and ample body leaving a lasting impression from beginning to end.

I think the 2014 Albariño Selección de Añada could be the finest vintage of this characterful long-aging Albariño, from a year with a more moderate 13% alcohol and very high acidity (and low pH) that make the wine fresher and more vibrant. It is developing very slowly and showing quite young after it spent over 30 months with lees in 1,500- and 3,000-liter stainless steel tanks. It has a pale color and an elegant nose with notes of freshly cut grass, white flowers and wet granite. The palate is vibrant with effervescent acidity, and it has a long, dry and tasty finish with an austere sensation, far away from the tropical notes of some past vintages. This is superb and should continue developing nicely in bottle. Bravo! It wasn't bottled until April 2023, and 14,000 bottles were produced.

Baron Ermengaud Faugeres Blanc is made from 50% Rousanne, 20% Marsanne, 20% Vermentino and 10% Grenache Blanc
The Baron Ermengaud cuvée is named after the lord Ermengaud de Fouzilhon. In the 12 century, the Lord gave land, which was located in Laurens Village, to monks, who built a monastic barn. The monks (Benedictine and then Cistercian) used to cultivate the vineyards, using techniques that were quite wise and modern at the time. The people of Laurens enjoyed and benefited from learning their methods.
Shiny gold the wine is lively and crisp, with medium-bodied notes of melon, citrus blossom and flowers. Perfectly balanced between richness, fruitiness and freshness.
Excellent with seafood (scallops and fish) as well as poultry (chicken and turkey)
Brulesecaille Blanc Grande Reserve is made from 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sauvignon Gris.
Pale yellow color with a green tinge. Elegant bouquet with notes of citrus and grapefruits. Smoky notes or fresh nuts aromas. Intensive fruity and elegant flavors of citrus lemon, grapefruit, elder-flower, and gooseberries. Fruit-driven fine structured finish with terroir expression, acidity is high enough to maintain the extended finish. 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sauvignon Gris. Drink over the next 3 years.

Cazaux Vacqueyras Blanc Les Clefs d'Or is made from 50% Clairette, 30% Roussanne and 20% Grenache Blanc.
A wine with lively acidity, expressive aromas of fennel and white flowers. It is long and full in the mouth with minty and anisy aromas mixed with white peach flavors. Refreshing and mineral character.
Clairette grapes are green harvested to concentrate and harmonize aroma. Each grape varietal is hand picked separately. Pressing with skin contact at low temperature. Aged 12 months in stainless steel tank. (No oak)
Enjoy this wine with all sorts of fish starters, squid salad with olive oil and basil. A must try with fresh oysters.

Chateau Cabrieres Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Confidentiel is 50% Clairette and 50% Grenache Blanc.
Beautiful pale gold color with green reflections. The wine is clear and bright.
A nose of great finesse and richness, with hints of pear and citrus fruit. Racy and dense, with good persistence, this wine will develop nicely on the mineral side.
Corne Loup Cotes du Rhone Blanc is made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 15% Roussanne and 15% Viognier.
The wine has a pale straw color with brilliant reflection. In the nose, it displays great aromatics, mainly citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced, with a lot of finesse and persistence.
Delicious when paired with seafood (seashell and fish). It is also great by itself as an aperitif.

HISTORY
Made from vines grown on the Monarch Mine vineyard, an old mining site almost 3000 feet up in the North-West foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. With its extremely steep slopes and bright red, rocky soil, the Monarch Mine vineyard is an ideal site to grow this rare grape varietal. The high altitude and cooler climate allow the grapes to mature while keeping a bright acidity—an essential component for the creation of lively white wines.
PRODUCTION
The cool nights of the 2014 vintage produced perfectly balanced fruit, with a minerality and acid structure that we loved from the beginning. We picked the fruit early in the morning, to keep the fruit cold, and drove as quickly as possible to the winery for pressing. At the winery, we gently pressed the fruit for over two hours in order to intensify the fruit flavors without extracting any harsh seed tannin.
After pressing, the juice was allowed to settle prior to being racked into a small stainless steel tank. After almost five days, the fermentation began and we transferred 1⁄3 of the wine to 1-year-old French oak barrels for barrel fermentation. The barrel-fermented wines showed great complexity and developed a thick, velvety texture. The remainder of the wine was fermented in tank, to keep the fresh fruit flavors untouched by oak. After fermentation was complete, we finished aging in a stainless steel tank until bottling the wine in late February.

Dashe Cellars were founded in 1996 by Anne and Michael Dashe, a husband and wife winemaking team who created a small winery that focuses on wines from Sonoma County. Since Anne's winemaking origins are French and Michael's are American, they wanted to elaborate distinctive wines that offered the best from both of their countries of origin.
The Dashe Cellars Vineyards
They have decided to concentrate on single vineyard sites - to locate small independent vineyards and create wines that reflect the vineyards unique soil, climate, and regional characteristics. They use traditional fine winemaking techniques such as small lot fermentations, the use of indigenous yeast on the grapes to conduct the fermentations, little or no fining or filtration, and small barrel aging. All the wines are made, tasted, and blended by the production team of Michael, Anne, and Matt Smith (enologist).
