Made from 70 years old vines planted on clay soils. 
Aged 30 months in French and Slovanian Oak barrels.
Wine wasn't filtered before bottling.

Picpoul de Pinet H.B. Chevalier Patience is a white wine made from 100% Picpoul.

Clear and crystalline color of an intense pure yellow with golden reflections.
The aromas in retro-olfaction are particularly faithful to direct olfaction, also intense, complex and extend long in the final too.
It is a fresh, generous and round wine with a rich taste balance.
The entry is supple, the beautiful natural freshness of this exceptional Picpoul is revealed from the middle of palate and extends beautifully on the finish.
The nose is very expressive, flattering and complex.

Philippe Milan Pommard AOC is 100% Pinot Noir

This wine has been aged in Oak (25% new Oak)

This is a little more structured and the style goes more toward the "vin de garde", or wines meant to age. This wine needs some food, or sometime in the decanter right now. It is well structured and reminds me of a Volnay. As a matter of fact, the parcel is located right next to Volnay. The finish is long and still quite juicy with chewy tannins lingering. 

Philippe Milan Bourgogne Rouge Cote Chalonnaise is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

The wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes planted between 1963 and 1978 in the commune of Chassey Le Camp (extreme north of the Chalonnaise coast). The vineyard spreads over about 1.50 hectare with an average yield of 45 hl / ha. to reach optimum maturity for the grapes.

This Pinot Noir is lightly colored with loads of flavors, especially cherry. Very fresh and aromatic with a long finish.

Philippe Milan Bourgogne Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay

The wine is produced from vines planted in the commune of Chassey le Camp at high elevation, which brings freshness to this Chardonnay. Ripe fruit is nicely balanced with delicate notes of oak and a hint of citrus on the finish. Full flavored and complex.

Philippe Milan Bourgogne Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay

The wine is produced from vines planted in the commune of Chassey le Camp at high elevation, which brings freshness to this Chardonnay. Ripe fruit is nicely balanced with delicate notes of oak and a hint of citrus on the finish. Full flavored and complex.

Its rosy appearance is delicate in color and an expressive nose lends charm to this blend. A palate dominated by wild berries: gooseberry and raspberry that reveal themselves in a crisp, silky mouthfeel enhanced with a touch of minerality.
