In our exploration of the North Coast wine region, we found the sandy loam soils of the Russian River AVA to offer the best Pinots with balanced, natural acidity and richness on the palate. Our Outerbound Pinot Noir opens with layered aromas of ripe red cherry, pomegranate and cola fruits on the nose, with flavors of juicy strawberry and rhubarb pie carried through the wine’s lingering dusty tannic finish.
Review:
A good backbone of moderate tannins and tangy acidity supports vivid black cherry, red cherry and black-tea flavors in this medium-bodied, energized wine. It has a focused, slightly lean expression that makes the mouth water for more. Best through 2030. Jim Gordon

Quercia nelle Langhe Nebbiolo Langhe is 100% Nebbiolo.
Garnet red, bouquet is fruity with reminiscences of violets and raspberries.
Full bodied, interesting and intense.
Manual Harvest at the beginning of October.
The grapes are delicately pressed and the stalks are removed. The limpid must ferment in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 12 days. After racking the new wine is put into 25 and 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels for long months. Next, it is bottled for reaching the market.
Pairs well with ribeye, red meats.
