Organic Wine

Alain de la Treille Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a slight amber color with a fresh aromatic nose. Grassy and mineral flavored with a refreshingly crisp mouthfeel. Vines are located outside the Loire Valley AOC boundaries, hence the Vin de France classification.

Best friend as an aperitif, with all your fish meals and seafood, but as well with charcuteries, Don't hesitate to try it with goat cheese.

This chardonnay has a characteristic pale yellow color with a shade of gold and subtle nose that will remind you the fresh butter nuts and roasted almonds. On the palate, it is full bodied and fruity with a pleasant roundness.

Average age of the vines is 25 years old.

We produce a part of this cuvee with 12 hours skin maceration and another part from directly pressed grapes.

Wine was slightly filtered before bottling to insure the wine remains stable.

Best friend as an aperitive or with freshwater fish, shellfish and goat cheeses.

Bihan Le Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc. 

Olfactory aspect : Limpid and brilliant with a pale gold
Nose: pronounced white floral bouquet
Palate : Dry, harmonious tangy edge with a lively finish

Alexandre M Mon Chenin Cuvee 23 NV is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.

Mon Chenin means "My Chenin". This is Alexandre Monmousseau's personal view of what the Chenin blanc grape from France is - full of floral and fresh white fruits, a palate of yellow fruits and floral flavors, finishing clean, fresh, and dry. 
Serve as Apéritif, seafood, fishes with buttery sauce, Asian cuisine, hard cheeses.

Cellier du Chateau de la Chaume Bourgogne Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay.

Clear yellow color.
Aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, leme tree and dried fruits.
The palate is rich and balanced, with good acidity and nice minerality.
Good length to the finish, pair with fish in creamy sauce, white meats and fine cheeses.

Our Touraine Sauvignon blanc is crisp and refreshing, with rich, ripe lime and grapefruit aromas. Great elegance with mineral style and despite everything some kind of roundness.
