Figgins Estate Red Wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot & Merlot
Dark to the rim, with signature aromatic notes of ripe red and blue fruits, tanned leather, black olive, and lilac. The nose simply brings a smile. On the palate, if I had to describe the wine in one word it would be precision. The way the sweet fruit and dramatic length are braced by lively acidity and tannins aligns so perfectly that the wine is, quite simply, delicious.
Review:
Inviting aromas of vivid red fruit, fresh herbs and paprika. Full-bodied with juicy, fruit-soaked, fine tannins. Delightful. So much happening here. The fruit is plentiful and full of charming spice and herbal complexity. Very well balanced and long. Fresh. A blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and petit verdot. Best after 2024 but attractive now.

Neyer's Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine has a bright ruby hue with aromas of wild cherries, chocolate and fresh tobacco leaf. The finished wine is remarkable for its flavor and complexity, and the wine looks to be one that will improve for many years. Planted in 1992 by David Abreu, this fruit is located on ground higher than 600 feet on rocky land rich with basalt. This vineyard is one of the rare 10% in Napa Valley capable of producing great Cabernet Sauvignon and is planted around the Neyers Ranch.

Neyers Vineyards' Bruce Neyers, his wife Barbara (a former Chez Panisse chef) and winemaker Tadeo Borchardt work in tandem to craft beautifully structured, delicious Napa Valley Cabernet wines. This 2019 is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and offers heady oak spices, blackberry fruit and tobacco notes. A powerful wine on entry, revealing tart red berry fruit intertwined with ripe blackberry and laced with dark chocolate notes. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of power and concentration framed by a bright, crisp acid freshness and a finish marked by earth and more fragrant tobacco notes.

This saturated, broad and super-ripe wine is laden with blueberries, cooked cherries, dark chocolate and cream flavors on a luxurious texture of soft tannins and soft acidity.
