Trus Albillo Mayor Reserva Ribera del Duero 2022

Trus Albillo Mayor Reserva Ribera del Duero is made from 100% Albillo Mayor.

Light straw yellow color despite its age. Aromas of white flowers and grapefruit typical of the variety, along with some very light notes of toasted wood and of long bottle ageing. Very well-balanced on the palate, with the characteristic fullness of the variety and a very refreshing natural acidity which bodes well for the wine's ageing. A wine for ageing which already displays all its complexity and elegance. We recommend consumption at a temperature of between 8 and 12ºC.

Grapes are coming from a Goblet-trained vineyards in Peñaranda de Duero. Dry-farmed, without irrigation. Different orientations and altitudes.

TA: 6 g/l in tartaric acidity.

VA: 0.4g/l.
pH: 3.3.

El Cortijillo Tempranillo La Mancha is made from 100% Tempranillo

Up front aromas of raspberry and cherry fruit, medium to light weight, Rhône wine in character, cherry fruit flavors, followed by bright acidity. Reminds of a mythical cross between a Pinot Noir and a Côtes-du-Rhône. Pleasant and fun, bistro red.

Made from 30 year old vine.

Delicious with Paella, hamburger or pasta. But also great with grilled vegetables. (bell pepper, eggplant, etc)

Bachelet Bertrand Maranges Rouge Premier Cru Clos Roussots 2024

Bachelet Bertrand Maranges Rouge Premier Cru Clos Roussots is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

The Maranges appellation is the youngest of the Côte de Beaune family, making its debut in May 1989. It spans three villages: Dezize-lès-Maranges, Cheilly-les-Maranges and Sampigny-les-Maranges. Several hills and slopes make up this appellation, that are south/south-east-facing.

'Les Clos Roussots' is a Premier Cru vineyard in Cheilly-les-Maranges, producing wines with depth and structure.

The wine offers deep ruby color with purple highlights. Aromatic nose of dark berries, spice, and a mineral edge. The palate is full-bodied with firm yet silky tannins and a long finish.

Pairs well with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Marie Baron Coteaux du Giennois Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc.

Coteaux du Giennois is an appellation in the upper Loire Valley, near Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. These hillside vineyards benefit from a continental climate with flint and limestone soils that give the wines their distinctive mineral character.

This wine presents a bright pale yellow color with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and flinty minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant with lively acidity, flavors of grapefruit and lemon, and a refreshing mineral finish.

Excellent with goat cheese, oysters, grilled fish, or fresh salads.

Bachelet Bertrand Maranges Rouge Premier Cru Fussiere is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

The Maranges appellation is the youngest of the Côte de Beaune family, making its debut in May 1989. It spans three villages, namely Dezize-lès-Maranges, Cheilly-les-Maranges and Sampigny-les-Maranges. Several hills and slopes make up this appellation, all south/south-east-facing.

'La Fussière' is one of the Premier Cru vineyards of the Maranges appellation, known for producing wines of great elegance and finesse.

The wine displays a beautiful ruby color with garnet hints. The nose offers aromas of red fruits, cherries, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, the wine is elegant with fine-grained tannins and good length.

Excellent with grilled meats, duck, or mushroom-based dishes.

Marie Baron Pouilly Fume 2024

Marie Baron Pouilly Fume is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc.

Pouilly-Fumé is one of the Loire Valley's most prestigious white wine appellations, located on the right bank of the Loire River across from Sancerre. The 'Fumé' in the name refers to the smoky, flinty character imparted by the Kimmeridgian clay and silex (flint) soils.

This wine displays a brilliant pale gold color with intense aromas of citrus, white peach, and the signature gunflint smokiness. On the palate, it is elegant and focused with mineral-driven acidity, flavors of green apple and grapefruit, and a long, precise finish.

Pairs beautifully with shellfish, sushi, grilled fish, or fresh goat cheese like Crottin de Chavignol.

Bachelet Bertrand Maranges Rouge is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

The Maranges appellation is the youngest of the Côte de Beaune family, making its debut in May 1989. It spans three villages: Dezize-les-Maranges, Cheilly-les-Maranges and Sampigny-les-Maranges. Several hills and slopes make up this appellation, that are south/south-east-facing. This appellation produces mainly red wines comprising 95% of total production.

Bachelet Bertrand Maranges is produced from two villages, Aux Artaux and En Crevèches, both situated in the Cheilly-les-Maranges area.

The wine offers a deep red color with purplish highlights, a powerful nose with aromas of raspberries, blackcurrants, and small red candied fruits. A silky texture on the palate, complemented by delicate tannins and a lingering finish.

Pairs well with roasted meats, stews, and mature cheeses.

This wine displays a beautiful ruby color with aromas of red fruits, violets, and a characteristic hint of green pepper. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with supple tannins, bright acidity, and flavors of raspberry and blackcurrant with a touch of graphite.

Brize Ambre Coteaux du Layon Sweet Wine 2023

Coteaux du Layon is a prestigious sweet wine appellation in the Loire Valley, producing luscious dessert wines from late-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes. The 'Ambre' (Amber) cuvée takes its name from the beautiful amber-gold color that develops as the wine ages.

Maionnette Mediterranee Blanc 2025

Maionnette Mediterranee Blanc is made from 30% Rolle, 30% Viognier, 20% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc.

Domaine de la Maïonnette is produced from grapes benefiting from an ideal location next to the river and planted on a clay-limestone based soil with a silty character, which brings suppleness, roundness and lightness to the wines.

La Maionnette is a brilliant straw yellow colored white offering delicate aromas of citrus fruits, and fresh notes of pear and apricot. Rich and round on the palate, and a good balance.


Brize Cabernet d'Anjou Rose Louresses 2025

Brize Cabernet d'Anjou Rose Louresses is made from Cabernet Franc.

Cabernet d'Anjou is a semi-sweet rosé wine from the Loire Valley, produced from Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The 'Louresses' designation refers to the specific vineyard parcel at Domaine de Brize.

This charming rosé offers a beautiful salmon-pink color with delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity with a hint of sweetness balanced by crisp acidity.

Perfect as an aperitif, or pair with Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, or fresh fruit desserts.

Bachelet Bertrand Saint-Aubin Premier Cru En Remilly 2024

Bachelet Bertrand Saint-Aubin Premier Cru En Remilly is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

Saint-Aubin is situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet; both white and red wines are produced here but Chardonnay remains predominant. The Saint-Aubin appellation covers a wide area, with an altitude ranging from 300 to 450 meters, and with very varied expositions and soils, which makes each climat unique.

Saint-Aubin En Remilly is located in the south-east of Gamay, a hamlet near the village of Saint Aubin and next to the Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet appellations. This area benefits from a south-western exposition.

The wine offers a pale yellow color, with gold nuances; a mineral nose, a dense texture on the palate, bringing together substance and tension.

Perfect as an aperitif, pairs very well with firm-textured fish or with shellfish.

Brize Les Gres Anjou Blanc 2024

Brize Les Gres Anjou Blanc is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.

This is a dry wine. Easy to drink, fresh with good acidity. The aromas are persistent with apricot and peach.

The wine is made with grapes grown in a parcel called 'Les Grès'.

Pair with cheese and seafood.

Bachelet Bertrand Chassagne Montrachet Blanc Premier Cru Morgeot is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The Chassagne-Montrachet appellation is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune and produces mainly white wines. 'Morgeot' is located in the south of the village, characterized by compact limestone soil containing iron oxide, which gives the soil its particular red-brown color.

The wine offers a golden color, a subtle nose of white flowers and honey notes. Full-bodied and well-structured on the palate.

The softness of the Chardonnay on the palate makes an interesting pairing with cooked foie gras; it also sits well with lobster, spiny lobster, or even morel mushroom dumplings or Bresse chicken in a cream sauce.

Michelet Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy 2023

Michelet Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

Chablis is the northernmost wine region of Burgundy, renowned for producing some of the world's finest and most mineral-driven Chardonnay. The Premier Cru 'Beauroy' vineyard is located on the right bank of the Serein River on slopes with Kimmeridgian clay and limestone soils rich in fossilized oyster shells.

This wine displays a brilliant pale gold color with green reflections. The nose offers aromas of citrus, white flowers, and characteristic flinty minerality. On the palate, it is precise and elegant with bright acidity, flavors of green apple and lemon, and a long mineral finish.

Pairs excellently with oysters, shellfish, sushi, or simply prepared white fish.

Bachelet Bertrand Santenay Blanc is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The Santenay Blanc comes from a parcel that is 1.2 hectares in size (3 acres) in the village called 'En Charron', at around 300 meters above sea level, with excellent sunshine and thin limestone soil, guaranteeing great aromatic finesse.

The wine shows a beautiful golden color, a fresh and slightly roasted nose combining lemon and lime aromas with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, almond and toasted hazelnut flavors, along with notes of white flowers and vanilla nuances.

Bachelet Bertrand Chassagne Montrachet Blanc 2024

Bachelet Bertrand Chassagne Montrachet Blanc is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The Chassagne-Montrachet appellation is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune and produces mainly white wines. The vineyard faces east, with varied soil types, characterized by the presence of iron oxide, which gives a red-brown color to the soil.

Bachelet Bertrand Chassagne-Montrachet is produced from two villages, La Canière and Les Lombardes.

The wine offers a golden color, a soft, floral nose with spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is ample and harmonious, combining freshness and tension.

Pairs well with fish (especially salmon) or white meat in sauce (poultry, veal).

Bachelet Bertrand Maranges Blanc Premier Cru Fussiere is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The Maranges appellation is the youngest of the Côte de Beaune family, making its debut in May 1989. It spans three villages, namely Dezize-lès-Maranges, Cheilly-les-Maranges and Sampigny-les-Maranges. Several hills and slopes make up this appellation, all south/south-east-facing, at an altitude of between 200 and 400 metres. The Maranges 1ers Crus are spread over seven distinct villages.

'La Fussière' is the main village of the Maranges appellation and is located in the Cheilly and Dezize-les-Maranges areas.

This wine has a pale gold robe, with plenty of sparkle. At first, the nose evokes notes of white flowers, like acacias, then the second nose delivers a flinty, slightly buttery aspect. Plenty of versatility and subtlety on the palate, with floral notes.

A good accompaniment to a cold starter or fish. Try with a slightly sharp hard cheese, such as Cantal or Gouda, to draw out its natural vivacity.
