This wine is deeply pigmented with ruby/garnet color. First sniff is Oakville Cabernet all the way. Nice layers of ripe berry and cherrylike fruit with a matching complement of toasty French Oak from an assortment of Coopers and different barrel ages. Gorgeous across the palate with a silky yet dense mouthcoating impression. Ripeness is key and the result is a wine with perfect balance and flow - just plain delicious. It’s a big, beautiful wine now but has tremendous aging potential. — Heidi Barrett

Dark Cabernet color with beautiful aromas of black cherry, cassis, plus 5-spice, vanilla. Big, ripe and mouthcoating across the palate. The flavors are similar to the aromas with ripe fruit, berry/cherry pie, moderate tannins, and nice length. This wine shows enough structure to be age-worth, yet soft and balanced enough to enjoy upon release. Flavors linger in this tasty, dense wine. Tastes like Oakville. -Heidi Barrett

Paradigm Merlot  is made from 98% Merlot - 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Deep ruby color with aromas of black cherry and plum, a hint of cedar and soft touch of toasty French oak. Seamless and silky across the palate with a nice mouthcoating texture and nicely balanced acidity for many food pairings. Flavors are similar to the aromas, dark plums and cherries, pomegranate, spice and complimentary sweet vanilla toasty oak. Flavors linger making you want another sip.

Full of life, crispy red fruit, with balsamic notes, easy to drink, representing the Mediterranean character.

As a light red wine, it pairs well with tapas, charcuterie, rice dishes, or pizza. It can even complement desserts. The high acidity will take you on a surprising journey.

PÁŠXA produces two single vineyard Grenache wines each year to show how expressive this variety is; Rockgarden and River Rock.  Rockgarden Grenache is concentrated and fruit-driven with intriguing spice notes, and a hoisin note on the palate.

"The very pretty and stony 2021 Pasxa ‘Rockgarden Estate’ Grenache is a great showing now at three years of age. What a beautiful nose with red rose petals, anise, orange peel, Umami and suggestions of smoldering stones. The palate is neatly textured and shows very good wight and underling poise, with salty and savory tones. The flavor range here is outstanding. Drink 2024-2032-" 95 points Owen Bargreen, WWB

Pasxa Rockgarden White blend is 50% Marsanne and 50% Roussanne.

This wine feels rich yet weightless, it’s texturally complex and aromatically thrilling. Roussanne brings a compelling stone fruit and floral aroma and gives the body of the wine structure. Marsanne adds an orange blossom character and a subtle waxiness to the finish.

“The 2023 ‘White Blend’ combines near equal parts Marsanne and Roussanne. This takes on awesome aromatics of apricot and green papaya with pie crust and cantaloupe notes. The palate is dense and viscous with serious nerve and marvelous stony undertones. Full-bodied and delicious, enjoy this heady Rhone-inspired wine now and over the next eight years. Drink 2025-2032”

Patricia Raquin Bourgogne Rouge Fut de Chene is made of 100 percent Chardonnay. 

The animals shown on the label are dogs, from the breed called Borzoi, or "Russian Wolfhound", which means "fast" in Russian. Patricia and Alain Corcia are the proud owners of 2 Borzois and they designed the label to represent the dogs as the guardians of the vaulted ageing cellar inside their house.

The wine is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on gravel and silt soils, aged in French oak barrels. Medium to full bodied, earthy, fruity and mineral. Structure and tannin on the finish. The wine pairs well with any hearty red meats and cheeses.

Patricia Raquin Nuits St. Georges les Vaucrains is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

"Vaucrains" comes from old French word meaning place with very little fertility (which is very good terroir for grape production)
Nuits-Saint-Georges AOC: AOC wines since 1936, 757 acres of grapes, 97 % red wine, 3 % white wine. Nuits refers to “walnuts in the area, not night”….41 Premier Cru vineyards

Tasting Notes: Powerfull aromas with lots red wild fruits, full bodied wine with great aging potential.

VINEYARD: Gravel and Silt

HARVEST: Harvest by hand.

VINIFICATION: Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel. Pre-fermentation – temperature controlled cold maceration during 10 days. Long fermentation during which pigeages and pumping over are performed. Post-fermentation - maceration at 30°C for 5 days.

AGEING: Aged in new French oak barrels for 16 months.

Patricia Raquin Santenay 1er Cru Beaurepaire is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The Santenay Santenay is coming from the Premier Cru called Beaurepaire. 

 Patrimony Caves des Lions is made from 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc.

 With an inky ruby color, the 2020 Caves des Lions offers elegant aromas of chocolate-covered espresso beans with nuanced layers of blueberries, savory notes of charcuterie, pipe tobacco, and woodsmoke. This festival of flavors continues on the palate with notes of fresh fruit, cayenne pepper, plum jam, and pomegranate. The bold tannins seamlessly balance the fresh and rounded acidity leading to an unwavering finish. This full-bodied and flawlessly intricate wine will surprise you now with its elegance, and later with its longevity.

The impressive, compact tannin structure gives depth to the wine, so fine and polished with some chalky texture to it. Stony minerality. The contrast between our 10 Acre and West Block Pinot noirs exemplifies how slight geographical differences can have significant influence on the flavor profile of a wine. Planted in 1997, The 10 Acre block of Pinot noir is the oldest planting on the Patton Valley Estate Vineyard. Located on the east-facing slope of our vineyard, this area gets full sun in the cool morning hours, leading to a slower, more gradual ripening process and a wine that is typically elegant and lighter in body with prevailing red fruit character.

The 2011 10 Acre Pinot noir shows abundant aromatics, immediately woodsy but overwhelmingly fresh with lavender and red plum, sweet caramel and malt. The palate is lush and broad with sweet cherry, cigar box, and the faintest hint of peat smoke. Soft and very subtle tannins give this wine a solid backbone. A great acid profile makes this wine likely to offer boundless enjoyment when consumed in the short term, or if given some time to rest, the distinct potential of becoming something much more profound. Drink now or cellar 5-8 years.

The nose here is brilliantly red fruited, with layer upon layer of subtle spice, bright floral notes, herbs, and stone. Its not all poetry and pageantry, though, and the first impression of the wine was simply, “oh that’s goooood.” A fair assessment, and sometimes that it all one requires. Further tastes show fine tannin throughout, a juicy, vibrant mouthfeel that is very likeable, and deft, long-developing layers of fruit that reveal themselves severally.

"Glistening red. Vibrant red fruit, floral and spice scents show very good clarity that picks up subtle hints of succulent herbs and smoky minerals with air. Juicy and energetic in the mouth, the 2017 offers gently sweet cherry raspberry and rose pastille flavors and a touch of spicecake. Smooth, well-integrated tannins make a late appearance on a long, floral-tinged finish that shows no rough edges.
