Senia Ti Cuntu Frappato Rosato is made from 100% Frappato.

Ti Cuntu… means “I will tell you a story…” in Sicilian dialect and it refers to the ability of the wines made from these native grapes to tell the story of their terroir and of their history. The label shows the dry stone walls and the wild myrtle which characterize their territory.

Toza Crianza Jumilla is made from 100% Monastrell (Mourvedre). Toza Crianza is a classic example of the Monastrell variety from the Mediterranean region, made from hand harvested old vines and aged 12 months in oak barrels. This Spanish red is rich, toasty, round and velvety.

In a round and generous style, showing very good depth and appealing sweetness to the blackberry and cherry cola flavors. River Road Ranch is a 115-acre jewel in the heart of the Russian River Valley AVA. Chardonnay vines thrive in well-drained soils, shrouded with fog cooled nights, ideal growing conditions. The grapes for this wine came from two blocks of twelve and fifteen-year-old vines, planted with clones #4, 95, and 2A-Wente.

Bottled poetry is the description of Trione Chardonnay. Burgundian in style of both nose and palate. Rich and inviting, this wine offers a complex mix of toasty baguette, warm melted brie; silky but with the structure demonstrating the aging potential. The wine is tasting great now but will be awesome for the next 5-7 years.

Rich aromas of honeycomb, baked apple and toasted bread. The palate is firm yet rich — a seamless expression of restraint and elegance. The silky texture extends through a lingering finish with hints of Mandarin orange peel and sweet Asian spice. This Chardonnay will continue to develop over the next five to seven years.

Trione Zinfandel Flatridge Ranch is made from 100 percent Zinfandel. 

Aromas of briarwood and pipe tobacco give way to blackberry pie, toasted macaroons and plums.  The wine is velvety, supple and rich with a long, satisfying finish.  This Zinfandel, a Sonoma County classic, will continue to age for many years to come.

Flatridge Ranch is a secluded parcel in the Coastal mountain range, west of the Rockpile AVA.  Here the Trione family planted a 10 acre vineyard in 2008.  The vines are a unique Zinfandel selection called Saint Peter’s Church, whose provenance is a 100-year-old block in Cloverdale, a small town north of our Geyserville winery.   The 2013 vintage was a perfect growing season.

Winemaking:  We fermented the grapes in small, open top fermenters, hand plunging the cap three-four times daily.  The wine aged 18 months in American oak barrels, 40% new.

Trouillard Elexium Brut NV is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier

Aged 2 years on the lees.

This “cuvee” combines pinot noir’s power, pinot meunier ‘s suppleness and chardonnay’s elegance to give to Elexium all its radiance and its lightness. Its ageing provides beautiful citrus fruits notes, whites fruits and a lightly gold color.

Color: Green pale gold, beautiful intensive and persistent sparkle.
Nose: Notes of citrus fruits, white fruits and white flowers.
Mouth: Sophisticated, light, fresh, silky, elegant with a good persistence. Airy character almost feminine.

Terroirs: AOC Champagne - France, 20 selected vineyards located mainly in Petite and Grande Montagne de Reims, in Grande and Haute Vallée and in Côte des blancs.

This cuvee can be served from the aperitif to the dessert. We recommend that you enjoy with poultry, smoked salmon, whites fruits or sorbet.
