Manoir du Carra Beaujolais Cru Brouilly Terre de Combiaty is 100% Gamay.

Parcels are in the place called “Combiaty”, within the village of St Etienne la Varenne. The soils are dry, made of pink granite, which gives the wine its typicity. Yield is 45-50hl/ha

The Fournier Family cider story started in 1943. Located in South Normandy in the middle of Dukes of Alençon province, the landscape is offering a mix between green valley and strong hills. Review:

Deep aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, fine toasted spices, hazelnuts, chocolate and a peppery twist. Compact yet pretty energetic, with a full body and powerful yet chalky tannins. Bold but caressing, with an intense, lengthy finish. Drinkable now, but better in two more years.

Review:

Pale Yellow color with fresh green tones.
Very aromatic, with citrus, tropical fruit, tangerine, lemongrass and lemon thyme. Fruity notes with anise and minerals, typical of the Verdejo grape. Fresh in the mouth, the wine is slightly fizzy, with an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness.

100% Verdejo from the Rueda region.
