Wolfberger Cremant d'Alsace Chardonnay NV is made with 100 percent Chardonnay. 

The production of sparkling wine was already known in Alsace in the early 1900's. The Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (A.O.C.) Crémant d’Alsace began with an official decree in August 1976.

Adorned with a beautiful dress of a brilliant golden yellow with green tints characteristic of the Chardonnay grape, this creamy reveals a fine and elegant cord of foam. The nose is expressive with light notes of toasted brioche. After a frank attack, the mouth is fresh thanks to a good balance sugar-acid. The feeling of fullness is supported by elegant flavors of almond and vanilla.

Wolfberger Cremant d Alsace Brut NV is made with 90 % Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Auxerrois.

Pale golden color. Fine, persistent bubbles. Floral nose with a hint of spiciness, gentle fruitiness (peach, apricot), and lovely balance. Fruity and lively in the palate, it has a clean and crisp finish. This wine will suit any special occasion.

Xavier Vignon Cotes du Rhone Blanc is 40% Viognier, 30% Grenache, 20% Roussane, & 10% Picpoul.

From Vienne to Avignon, the Côtes du Rhône appellation is one of the largest in the french vineyard.

Around 6% of the area is dedicated to the production of grapes from varieties that can be vinified as white wine.

Zaccagnini Falerio Pecorino DOC 2024 is an italian white wine made from 100% Pecorino.
Straw yellow color, with golden to greenish reflections.
On the nose this wine is complex and intense, with floral, herbaceous and fruity notes.
Pairs well with any seafood, white meat and vegetables or soft cheese.

Zombie Zin Zinfandel is made from 95% Zinfandel and 5% Syrah

Be careful if you go out at night. The Zombie Zin is designed to be consumed in hiding with the only friends you have left... post apocalypse.

The Zombie Zin is sporting a new label design with a torn look, that suggests a window into another world. The colors are more vibrant earth-tones and the capsule is a deep red.

The Zombie Zinfandel is very dark in color, almost a black-purple. The aromas are of ripe, dense black fruits and a hint of dried herbs. The flavors are complex and rich, sporting succulent blackberries, powdered cinnamon, cola and cherry jam. Just a hint of black pepper in the long finish.

The grapes for the Zombie are sourced throughout California, mostly from the dry, hot sandy soils of the Delta region and the Central Valley. The final blend benefitted from some inky Syrah grapes that came from the Central Coast. The wine was fermented in Stainless Steel and aged for about a half a year in American oak.

Pairs well with bloody BBQ meats, sinister soups with eye of newt, bubbly caldron of fleshy stew.

Zuccardi Finca Piedra Infinita Altamira is made from 100 percent Malbec. 

Deep red in color, the Zuccardi Finca Piedra Infinita Altamira expresses great fruity character with notes of red fruit. Grand structure and acidity on the palate with mineral with notes of wet stone and graphite and a long finish.

Quiet complexity that needs time in the glass. While it is brooding and deep, there is also a perfumed, floral and herbal aspect that makes it so attractive and unforgettable, even at such an embryonic stage. Freshly crushed blueberries, dried licorice, decadent violets, crushed stones and ash on the nose. Satin-textured tannins on the palate, which are tense, chalky and seamless. Powerful and juicy with impeccable balance. A great, cerebral and intrinsic malbec from Argentina. You can drink now, if you want, but it is a wine that you’d want to keep for the next two decades. Alain de la Treille Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a slight amber color with a fresh aromatic nose. Grassy and mineral flavored with a refreshingly crisp mouthfeel. Vines are located outside the Loire Valley AOC boundaries, hence the Vin de France classification.

Best friend as an aperitif, with all your fish meals and seafood, but as well with charcuteries, Don't hesitate to try it with goat cheese.

Alain Jaume Domaine du Clos de Sixte Lirac is made from 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre

An intense red garnet color. On the nose, aromas of red and black ripe fruit (kirsch and wild blackberry). The mouth is full, with aromas of blackcurrant liqueur and spice. Tannins are both harmonious and elegant thanks to the fleshiness of the wine. Hints of licorice and vanilla on the finish, which gives the wine length and complexity.

Soil type LIRAC vineyard is facing Chateauneuf du Pape, opposite side of the Rhône river. As showed by the picture and following geologist George Truc, soils are almost similar in both side. They are marked by the violence wrought by the Rhone river. It consists of a layer of marine molasses of the Miocene period covered by alpine alluvium. The presence of a great number of rounded stones known as "galets" in the earth is evidence of the time when the Rhone, then a torrent, tore fragments of rock from the Alps and deposited them on the plain. LIRAC is one of the up-coming best area from the southern Rhône valley, as it delivers outstanding wines. Winemaking & ageing Traditional wine-making in stainless still vats. Hand sorted bunches, crushed and destemmed grapes. Fermentation temperature : 30°C. 18 days of vatting with pigeages.

The colour is intense, purple-tinged garnet. The aromatic range of the nose goes from fresh berries to black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry). The palate is full-flavoured, with very soft tannins and aromas of the fruit already mentioned. This is a gorgeous style of wine, fruity driven, for every day drinking...anytime !

The wine is produced from hilly vineyards that are mainly planted on sandy and clay soils. They are located on the East side of the Rhone valley, in the Vaucluse area. Welcome to the foothills of the well known “Mont Ventoux” Mountain.

Winemaking and aging
Stainless steel fermentaion at cool temperature to preserve the fruits and typicity. Bottling 8 months after the harvest.

Goes well with quite a lot of food such as Pizza, Pasta, hamburger, mild cheese or even on its own.

Alejandro Bulgheroni Lithology Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. 

We only produced a scant 50 cases of this wine this year, far too small an amount considering how great it turned out.  There’s that typical saturated to the rim deep purple color, with intense cassis, herb, and milk chocolate, bricks and forest floor, black plum pudding aromas.  In the mouth, there’s a great balance, with notable oak and vanilla notes intertwined with dense black fruits.  It’s an opulent and plush style, yet finishes with sweet grippy tannins.

Alexandre M Vouvray Brut Methode Traditionnelle is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.

Tasting: Nose lime tree flower and brioche.
Mouth: complex and very expressive, so fresh and balanced with a smooth touch in mouth, bubbles so small who just tease the tang, light and good length.

La Serpette (pruning knife) is one of the most important vintner's tool. This is the symbol of the work made by hand, just to express the very important part of hand making in wine which reflect the terroir. Wine is not "made" in the cellar as everything stars in the vineyards, from the vineplant.

Asian cuisine as well as exotic food. Well pair with spices. Nice with the classic foie gras and with matured cheeses.

Alleme Getariako Txakolina Rosado is made from 50% Hondarrabi Zuri and 50% Hondarrabi Beltza

Limpid pink. Bright and energetic on the nose and palate, displaying vibrant, mineral-tinged cranberry, blood orange and white pepper qualities and a touch of pungent flowers. Racy and sharply focused, carrying no excess fat. Finishes tight and dry, displaying repeating citrus character and good persistence.

Ancient Vineyard Rested Veneto Red

bright ruby ​​color. The nose evolves bright cherry, wildberries, and a touch of spice. The palate is deep and rich, with a long-lasting finish.
