This Icon Malbec is suave and rich, offering loads of dark plum, currant and dried blackberry flavors supported by notes of soft spices. Molten chocolate notes emerge on the mid-palate, with Asian spice accents. The finish is long and ripe with a loamy character.

This organic natural cider from Astigarraga in the Basque Country is produced from freshly pressed juice that is fermented by native yeasts in large wooden casks (kupelas) for a minimum of 4 months. The cider is uncarbonated and unfiltered.
A typical golden color, intense, deep and fruity aromas, the cider is medium-bodied and fresh on the palate with tangy flavors and a slight fizz.
Pairs with cheese, quince paste, shellfish, grilled beef. Serve chilled.

The use of Omachi rice lends it's rich, earthy and broad character to the brew. The muroka (non-charcoal-filtered), nama (unpasteurized), and genshu (undiluted) brewing decisions give this sake a lively, forward, juicy and chewy expression — with lots of depth and body! The Robert Weil Kiedrich Grafenberg GG is always at the head of its class. Deep, brooding, powerful aromas of sea salt, ripe lime, lemon curd and jasmine. Bass notes of moist earth. Explosive flavors of pineapple, honey, peach, apple and spearmint. So much fruit, but bone dry. Aristocratic finish.
A powerful, almost monolithic Riesling, that can stand up to buttered lobster, Eastern scallops, a roast garlic chicken, or just an array of ripe cheeses.
