Samuel Lindsay The Gandy Dancer is made from 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Merlot.

With its deep ruby color and aromas of ripe fruit, the early senses offer comforts of a quintessential California Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine opens with a subtle yet surprising coastal structure, with notes of cooking herbs, violets, and mocha. The tannins begin to dance with pops of anise, black cherry and aged leather, and the finish is decadent, balanced and lasting. Pairs well with a hard day of work.

85% of the grapes are coming from Lodi, 12.75% from Napa and the remaining 2.25% from Mendocino.

The full spectrum of Barossa Shiraz's aromatic capability is here on show: from scorched earth, bitter couverture chocolate just-dried raisin, sweet red licorice and cola bean, all heady, defined and un-wound for all to see. Here. The fine line between luxurious fruit and energy is walked gracefully, it's warming and full-blooded nature tethered by lifted acidity.

Pair with marbled steak or rich beef stews, roast beef, grilled bbq meats.

Sobrenatural Bonarda Organic is made from 100 percent Bonarda. 

Sobrenatural is a new line of certified biodymanic and no Sulphur added wines from Chakana’s Nuna vineyard.
Bonarda offers a fresh and fruity nose, a bright, juicy texture. Low tannins, excellent freshness.

Fermented with native yeasts in concrete vats (no epoxy sealing). No fining, no filtration, no additives. NO SULFITES ADDED.

Light cheeses, cold cuts, grilled salmon. Empeñadas, Spicy food and grilled vegetables.

All older vintage wines have been purchased from a single collectors cellar. Pictures can be requested before shipment.

Mas la Plana is graceful and balanced despite its firm and dominant tannin profile. Bright crunchy acidity ensures a wine that will develop in the cellar for years to come. This polished red displays hints of its Mediterranean heritage with herbaceous bramble while holding true to brooding currant and loamy earth, reminiscent of old-world Cabernet Sauvignon.

Review:

Inviting mint, floral, cassis, clove and cinnamon nose. Juicy, lively and fresh on entry, with densely-packed soft black fruits, blackcurrant jam and spice. Textural and long with fine silky tannins and tidily-integrated acidity. Superb overall length and finish.
