Timeless Wines offers a free storage service and a heat pack add on to all of our customers to keep your wine safe during months of extreme cold or heat. Your wine will be stored securely in our climate controlled facility until your chosen ship date or until we have monitored the weather along your transit path and determined it is safe to ship. There is no limit to this service, so feel free to order as much as you like with the peace of mind that your wine will be safe and arrive to you without the effects of the summer heat or winter cold. This is an excellent way to take advantage of all our daily deals before they sell out.

 

Heat Packs

Along with free storage we are now offering heat packs for winter shipments, they can be added to your order at checkout for a small fee. Now you can have your wine right away! These heat packs allow for low ambient heat inside the shipping box that keeps the internal box temperature above freezing. They will never get so hot that they would damage the wine.

Vinterra Sauvignon Blanc 2018

The Vinterra Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown on our Rowley Crescent, Sandy Creek and Stoney Range vineyards that are situated at either end of Rapaura Road in heart of Marlborough.

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and transported to the winery for immediate processing. The juice was settled after a gentle pressing then racked to fermentation. The juice was inoculated with yeast and cool fermented for an average of 17 days. Following two months of lees contact the wine was blended, lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.

The Vinterra Sauvignon Blanc displays abundant aromas of gooseberries and tropical fruits on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively showing rich concentration and a long lingering finish. A wine to be enjoyed over the next two to three years. Pairs well with white meat and fish dishes, and also makes a great aperitif.
