The Château de la Chaume is located in Corgoloin in Côtes de Nuits. He is surrounded by a park of 10 Ha full of beautiful trees.
Our wines are vinifyied in the cellar of the Château de la Chaume. Cellier du Château de la Chaume was created in 1993. We pay attention to the winegrowers that we choose for our wines. We strive to work with winegrowers corresponding to our values, that is to say, the excellence of wines.
The cellars were completely redesigned and modernized with a stainless steel wine storehouse, which welcome the greatest wines and in particular, the red and white wine from the Côte d’Or.

Aligoté is a grape variety that adapts very well to different types of soils. The color is a pale gold yellow; this wine is clear and young. This a gourmet wine and surprising by his energy, offering acid and fruit hints.
Paired with grilled fish, asparagus, white meat in sauce.
Cellier du Chateau de la Chaume Bourgogne Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay.
Clear yellow color.

Chaume Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2022 is made from 100% Pinot Noir.Color: bright ruby red

Bouche / Palate: smooth attack, balanced, fine tannins and smooth finish
Butterflied lamb, char-grilled steak, venison. Dishes like cassoulet or duck with olives if they're more rustic. Roast goose.
Cellier du Chateau de la Chaume Petit Chablis is made from 100 percent Chablis.
Color: Pale yellow
Bouquet: White flowers, honeysuckle, linden tree and dried fruits.
Palate: Very pleasant, balanced with tension and nice minerality

Light yellow color. The wine displays aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, linden, citrus as well as white and dried fruits.
In the mouth, the wine is well balanced with tension and a nice classic minerality found in Chablis.

The Factor is predominantly from the Gomersal and Marananga sub-regions of the Barossa, providing dense texture and richness to the palate with subtle notes of olive tapenade, saddle leather and minerals. Ripe aromas of plum and wild blackberries, olive, pepper and spice are all supported by a dark core of espresso roast, ripe blackberries and saltbush. Brooding and densely packed, this lavish wine has ample generosity to cellar for many years, where it will slowly unravel.
Review:
Offers a dense, powerful mix of violet, bittersweet chocolate and sandalwood-infused morello cherries in syrup. Blueberry, blackberry and date-nut bread flavors are plump on a frame of polished and toothsome tannins. Clove and Saigon cinnamon notes linger, with a powerful crescendo on the finish. Shiraz.

The 2021 The Factor is a blend of vineyard sites (Krondorf, Rowland Flat, Greenock and Marananga) and is 100% Shiraz (Syrah). On the nose, it offers a complete vision of Barossa Shiraz—chewy, supple, spicy, big, expansive and voluminous. It has a way of being both structural and inviting and flows long through the finish. This is a very good wine here, classy, comforting and evocative, and while silky, it's also pleasingly regional. The tannins are gently chewy through the finish, which I like very much. Good! 15.5% alcohol, sealed under natural cork and wax.
