The Land is matter; it is the origin of everything. The land of Montalcino is our home. A magical place where wine is life, tradition and culture. The village, perched on an enchanting hill, retains its medieval charm. The surrounding area, so classically Tuscan, is part of the Natural and Cultural Artistic Park of Val d’Orcia.
The Land, here in Montalcino, takes the shape of gentle slopes covered with vineyards, olive groves and woods. A territory with a microclimate of unparalleled value for the cultivation of grapevines.
A daily commitment that sees us intent on safeguarding the balance of elements to fully appreciate a territory of unparalleled value.Harvest after harvest we put our knowledge and experience to good use, respecting the times of Nature and interpreting its signals.
Each of our wines represents a different expression of our territory.
In Tenuta Luce, man observes Nature with infinite respect; he interprets it giving life to wines that cherish this land, exalting it with distinction.
Respect for a unique land and for the people who work there, for the curiosity and intelligence of those who have given life to this vision over time; for beauty is life because it nourishes our ability to do things well. From all of this comes the harmony of Tenuta Luce.
Luce is the first wine to be produced from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot in Montalcino. Perfect harmony between the structure and elegance of Sangiovese and the roundness and softness of Merlot. Luce is the iconic wine of estate, capable of expressing, vintage after vintage, our original interpretation of these lands.

Luce 2019 has an intense ruby red color. The nose is striking with its floral hints of violet and rose accompanied by red fruits such as raspberries and sweet spices. In the mouth, the wine is balanced and elegant with an almost creamy texture supported by silky and well-integrated tannins. Spicy notes accompany the persistent finish.
Review:
Sophisticated aromas of lead pencil, graphite and blackcurrant. Hints of black olives and herbs, too. Full-bodied, yet tight and deep, with super precision and intensity to the tannins. Incredible balance of structure and finesse to this. Give it time in the cellar. Better after 2027.

Ghost Block Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
For this Ghost Block Cabernet Sauvignon, 2020 was a year of low yield and high concentration. The Spring was very dry, and the summer had several heat spikes, leading to small berries and an early harvest. The Ghost Block Vineyard was harvested on 9/12, two weeks earlier than usual. A supreme representation of Cabernet Sauvignon made by Kristi Koford with gorgeous fruit aromas of Black cherry, blackberries, black currant, and hints of cloves, licorice, vanilla, chocolate, and mocha give an extraordinary complexity framed by a firm but polished texture of fine grain tannins with the persistent acidity that elevates the experience. Decanted for an hour now and best from 2026.
Hailing from over two dozen vineyards across the beautiful Golden State, the Turley Juvenile is more of a clear bellwether for a vintage than any other wine we make. Fragrant, lifted aromas of ripe dark fruits like black raspberry and blood orange on the nose. Superb balance between acidity, tannin, and spice, with a succulent, profoundly satisfying texture.
Review:
A jammy bomb of fruit, offering cherry pie and ripe raspberry flavors accented with toasty spice and briar notes as this energetic Zin zips along the zesty finish.
