A mid-weighted, streamlined expression with just enough fruit on the bones. Think strawberries, lilacs, Asian plums, cloves and a hint of licorice. A noble, almost alpine bitterness lifts the finish. Brilliant. Drink or hold.

Nose: winey, fruity with hints of oak. Some spice and vanilla.
Mouth: It is well balanced with round tannins.
Yield: 10000 kg of grapes per hectar – after which the grapes are dried “appassimento”

Accordini Valpolicella Classico Superiore Le Bessole 2009 is made with 70% Corvina , 20% Rondinella, 10% Rossignola.
The grapes are sourced from a vineyard located on the hills of the commune of Negrar. The grapes dry on racks until November, then are aged on the lees for 15 days The wine shows a red ruby color with garnet reflections, intense and fruity aromas with cherry notes. The wine is soft on the palate with persistent fruity flavors. Ideal with roasted or grilled meats.

The Accordini Winery
The Accordini Winery is settled in the heart of the classic Valpolicella, Pedemonte. The estate is approximately 25 hectares in Negrar. The Accordini Winery focuses on three varietals: Corvina, Rossignola, Rondinella, Corvinoni, Garganega. The focus is the Ripassa style and Corvina grape, where Accordini dominates.
Guido Accordini, the family’s third generation winemaker, wanted to make the winery a leader in high quality wines production. Guido’s father built a new cellar for this high quality production. Here the most famous “Amarone” was made.

Saumaize-Michelin Pouilly-Fuisse “Clos sur la Roche” is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Produced from the oldest parcel of the estate dating back from 1979 and planted on the slopes of the Vergisson Rock, "Clos sur la Roche" benefits from a south sun exposure. This beautiful Chardonnay offers abundant floral and white fruit aromas, toasty and buttery notes and brioche scents. Well-balanced and concentrated on the palate with a rich structure and refreshing notes of zesty lemon and mineral purity that brings a vibrant energy to the finish.
Complex aromas of soft citrus fruits and minerals. Densely packed and fresh, with intense, complex flavors of white fruit as well as a hint of spice. The finish is very firm, long but not dry.

Blanc de Noirs (white from black) is the counterpart to Blanc de Blancs (white from white). Made primarily from the red grape Pinot Noir, this is a complex, medium-bodied, brut sparkling wine that is aged on the yeast lees in the bottle for two to three years prior to disgorgement.
