Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in almost every region that produces wine, and is one of the most popular red wine grape varieties in the world. Today, cabernet sauvignon can be found in different regions all over the globe, including Canada, France, or the Napa Valley in California. Cabernet Sauvignon is a popular variety that is fairly new. Sometime in the 17th century in the Southwestern part of France, a accidental mixture between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc crafted Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Sauvignon was the most planted red wine grape variety for most of the 20th century until Merlot became even more popular. The thick skin and tough vines allow the variety to endure harsh weather, rot, and other difficult conditions, and the flavors produced by the grape are consistent. Cabernet Sauvignon is easily cultivated grape, which is why it is such a popular choice. This variety is also called the “King of Red Wine Grapes” and includes high tannins and dark rich flavors, including cherry, blackberry, vanilla, plum and tobacco aromas. Cabernet Sauvignon mixes perfectly with red meats, strong cheeses, dark chocolate, red pastas, and also blends well with other varieties such as Merlot. The blend reduces the strength of the grape and injects soft, fruity tones into the mix.

Round Pond Estate 'Kith & Kin' Cabernet Sauvignon is made with 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 6% Malbec.
Bursting with bright aromatics of cassis and crushed raspberry, they are balanced with an earthy hint of dried sage and clove. The wine offers an energetic play between acid and tannin on the front palate with notes of blackberry and violet with a touch of cocoa on the mid-palate. Big, bold and racy, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a dense purple, almost opaque hue and offers up an electrifying bouquet dark red, blue and black fruits with notes of tobacco leaf, graphite and spicy oak. Opulent and layered it flexes its power but is framed by refreshing acidity with silky, sweet tannins. The 2021 displays loads of potential for being enjoyed in its youth, while also rewarding patience over the following decade. For bang for your buck, you can’t find better, or as Robb Report states, “Royal Prince is making the best wines you can buy for your money right now.”

Made by Maayan Koschitzky (of Atelier Philippe Melka), the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is all varietal brought up in French oak. Its deeper ruby/plum hue is followed by a classic Cabernet Sauvignon nose of cassis and black cherries supported by plenty of sappy herbs, graphite, and obvious minerality. This medium-bodied, lively, elegant Cabernet has ripe, building tannins, a good spine of acidity, and outstanding length. Drink this classic, impeccably made 2021 over the coming 10–12 years, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it evolve longer. (Jeb Dunnuck)

Collemattoni Brunello di Montalcino is made from 100 percent Sangiovese.
Color: brilliant red with burgundy reflects; Bouquet: penetrating with memories of wild black fruits, black cherry and noble wood; Taste: warm, dry and persistent
Coming from a parcel with 10-15 year old vines planted in sandy clay and marl soils.
Harvest is 100% destemmed with a soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 28-30°C, pumping over for the first week of maceration followed by skin-contact maceration for 20-25 days with rack and return technique (delestage).
Malolactic fermentation completed.
Wine is slightly filtered before bottling.

Les Noisetiers is a combination of specific lots from within Kistler’s vineyards of designated quality that are situated in far western Sonoma County, near the coast. They began creating Les Noisetiers upon noting that there was an inherent mineral tone which they loved in the lots from their vineyards planted in these coastal sandy Gold Ridge soils.
A classic balance of layered, juicy fruit and mineral backbone. It is delicious wine, with white flowers and stone fruit aromatics leading to a full bodied, juicy core, loaded with flavors of peach, apricots, pineapple and pear.
