The Château de la Chaume is located in Corgoloin in Côtes de Nuits. He is surrounded by a park of 10 Ha full of beautiful trees.
Our wines are vinifyied in the cellar of the Château de la Chaume. Cellier du Château de la Chaume was created in 1993. We pay attention to the winegrowers that we choose for our wines. We strive to work with winegrowers corresponding to our values, that is to say, the excellence of wines.
The cellars were completely redesigned and modernized with a stainless steel wine storehouse, which welcome the greatest wines and in particular, the red and white wine from the Côte d’Or.

Aligoté is a grape variety that adapts very well to different types of soils. The color is a pale gold yellow; this wine is clear and young. This a gourmet wine and surprising by his energy, offering acid and fruit hints.
Paired with grilled fish, asparagus, white meat in sauce.
Cellier du Chateau de la Chaume Bourgogne Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay.
Clear yellow color.
Aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, leme tree and dried fruits.

Chaume Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2022 is made from 100% Pinot Noir.Color: bright ruby red
Bouquet: blackcurrant, raspberry and hints of blackberry
Bouche / Palate: smooth attack, balanced, fine tannins and smooth finish
Butterflied lamb, char-grilled steak, venison. Dishes like cassoulet or duck with olives if they're more rustic. Roast goose.
Cellier du Chateau de la Chaume Petit Chablis is made from 100 percent Chablis.
Color: Pale yellow
Bouquet: White flowers, honeysuckle, linden tree and dried fruits.
Palate: Very pleasant, balanced with tension and nice minerality
Drink as an Aperitif or pair with fish, shellfish.
Chaume Chablis is made from 100% Chardonnay.
Light yellow color. The wine displays aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, linden, citrus as well as white and dried fruits.
In the mouth, the wine is well balanced with tension and a nice classic minerality found in Chablis.

A mix of Russian River and Carneros AVAs produces this classic Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir with notes of ripe cranberry, pomegranate, and cherry with clove spice. The palate is driven by rhubarb and cherry with an underlying minerality and spice, which culminates with soft tannins and an elegant, balanced acidity.
Chef Brett recommends pairing The Prisoner Pinot Noir with Mushroom Risotto or Grilled Salmon.
ER2 is characterized by the intensity that is the signature of the grand crus of the Côte des Blancs and by the complexity of its perpetual reserve. A delicate, slightly coppery, pink.
The wine is aged on lees in the dark in our cellars for three years.
Chardonnay 75% – Pinot Noir 25%. This edition has been made from a base of the 2017 vintage. Disgorged in April 2021. Dosage: 4.5 G/L.
This second edition made up of 75% of Chardonnays of different ages benefits from the richness of the 2012 vintage and the perfect balance of the 2014 vintage that occupy a large place in the heart of an intensified perpetual reserve.
The remaining 25% of young Pinot Noirs from the terroir of Vertus energize the delicate mineral, saline and iodized expression of the Chardonnay and heighten the wine’s aromatic expression.
