Bouchard Pere & Fils Meursault Les Clous is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Intense bouquet of fruit and flowers combined with a delicate mineral hint. Rich and subtle wine with good crisp, which makes it very balanced. Good ageing potential.
Pair with fish dishes in sauce.
Review:
This elegant Meursault reminds me very much of the best wines from this appellation from the 1970s and 80s. Only medium-bodied, with delicate pear, apple and lemon aromas. Long, silky and filigree finish. What’s the secret to its 1er Cru quality? Apart from very good winemaking, it’s a high altitude site that has benefited from climate change. Drink or hold.

Trouillet Lebeau St. Veran Les Condemines is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
The wine comes from 70-year-old vines that are ideally located on a south-facing slope in the village of Leynes, on a clay-limestone terroir. Aged 100% in Burgundy barrels, offering a fruity, powerful and charming wine. Beautiful expressive aromas of ripe yellow fruits. Rich, generous, full, crisp and well-balanced on the palate.

Condemine Janny Macon-Peronne Le Clou 2011 is made from 100% Chardonnay. A light golden hue, floral aromas. Intense, clean and fresh on the palate. Citrus notes, bold acidity. Excellent match to seafood with butter or cream sauces or rich blue cheeses
The Domaine de la Condemine Estate
Pierre and Veronique Janny bought the estate in 1982 and work now with their daughter Celine. They are located in the village of Peronne, 20 kilometres North of Macon.
The Domaine de la Condemine Vineyard
This is a 6-hectare (14.8 acres) vineyard planted with Chardonnay (5.5 ha), Gamay and Pinot Noir (0.5 ha). The oldest vines are 100 year old.
Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis Vaillons Premier Cru is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Chablis achieves its highly distinctive mineral character due to its cool northerly climate and its highly calcareous soil. The Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis Vaillons Premier Cru is a generous, fleshy and lively wine that displays a beautiful balance of minerality, fruitiness and elegance.
Chablis, with its steely character and fresh citrus flavor, pairs well with white fish and shellfish and its naturally high acidity can counterbalance cream-based sauces. Unoaked Chablis lends itself well to vegetables, starches, Comté, or fresh goat cheese.
Rinaldi Brachetto d' Acqui is made from 100% Brachetto d'Acqui
The skin gives the wine its particular scent and flavor.
Light ruby red color. The bouquet is musky and delicate with scents of ripe red fruit (strawberry, blackberry) and roses. Sweet and smooth flavors with lingering aromatic persistence. There is a good balance between the sweetness and the freshness, which makes this wine very pleasant.
The training system used is Guyot with a density of 2500-3000 vines per hectare. Manual harvest. Temperature controlled maceration for approximately seven days with mechanic plunging of the cap and pumping over to increase extraction of substances from the skins. This is the most important part of the vinification. Soft pressing.
