Product Description
Famille Sambardier Pouilly Fuisse La Levee is made from 100% Chardonnay
The wine is very aromatic, with brioche, butter and citrus flavors. The length to the finish is long and balanced with great acidity and richness.
Hand harvested. Grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the village of Solutré. 10% of the wine was aged in French Oak barrels.
Excellent with poultry and fresh water fish. Delicious also with goat cheeses.

The Domaine Manoir du Carra Estate
Domaine Manoir du Carra is located in the small town of Denice, 5 km from Villefranche-sur-Saone, 45 km south of Mâcon and 40 km north of Lyon. The property dates back to 1850, and has been bequeathed from father to son for five generations. It is now owned by Jean-Noel Sambardier and his wife. Like many Beaujolais producers, part of their wine is sold to negociant, to which they sell at least 25% of their production each year.
The Domaine Manoir du Carra Vineyard
30 hectares (74.10 acres) total, divided along the North-South axis between Beaujolais A.O.C (10 ha= 24.70 acres) and Beaujolais-Villages A.O.C. (20 ha=49.40 acres). The Sambardiers own 50 vineyard plots. The vines are 50-100 years old. Yields are 55 hl/ha.

Saumaize-Michelin Pouilly-Fuisse “Clos sur la Roche” is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Produced from the oldest parcel of the estate dating back from 1979 and planted on the slopes of the Vergisson Rock, "Clos sur la Roche" benefits from a south sun exposure. This beautiful Chardonnay offers abundant floral and white fruit aromas, toasty and buttery notes and brioche scents. Well-balanced and concentrated on the palate with a rich structure and refreshing notes of zesty lemon and mineral purity that brings a vibrant energy to the finish.
Complex aromas of soft citrus fruits and minerals. Densely packed and fresh, with intense, complex flavors of white fruit as well as a hint of spice. The finish is very firm, long but not dry.

The nose reveals aromas of blueberry, raspberry, and black tea, while the palate offers cranberry and plum fruit complemented by subtle notes of forest floor and exotic spices. Integrated tannins and balanced acidity carry through to a long, refined finish.

A more widely distributed wine starting with this vintage, the 2022 Pinot Noir has plenty of finesse and delicacy given the mountain fruit that goes into it, including some from the producer's Sable Mountain Vineyard, which adds intensity to the luxurious red fruit and baking spice that accent the well-integrated oak, refined tannins, and moderate length of this medium-bodied effort. Age through 2032.

Franz Prager, co-founder of the Vinea Wachau, had already earned a reputation for his wines when Toni Bodenstein married into the family. Bodenstein’s passion for biodiversity and old terraces, coupled with brilliant winemaking, places Prager in the highest echelon of Austrian producers.
Smaragd is a designation of ripeness for dry wines used exclusively by members of the Vinea Wachau. The wines must have minimum alcohol of 12.5%. The grapes are hand-harvested, typically in October and November, and are sent directly to press where they spontaneously ferment in stainless-steel tanks.
Zwerithaler is a sub-site of Buschenberg and sits to the east of Weißenkirchen. The name Zwerithaler, meaning "nestled between the valleys," is a near monopole of Weingut Prager. It has a complex soil of paragneiss with alternating layers of dark and calcareous rock. Zwerithaler Kammergut is a 0.34-hectare parcel planted before WWI. The wine from these ungrafted, 100-year-old vines was bottled separately by Prager for the first time in 2015.

Finca las Divas Cabernet Franc Reserve Gualtallary is 100% Cabernet Franc.
Named in honor of different divas because of the detailed attention to each varietal and plot, consequence of the terroir, origin of the Andes slopes.
Deep violet red in color. Its aromas are intense and concentrated, with hints of black and red fruits with smoky touches obtained during its oak aging.
In the mouth it is persistent, full of juicy yet firm tannins and balanced acidity. It is frank and expressive, modern and of great personality.
Pairs with red meat, pasta with tomato sauce and hard cheeses.
