The Galiniere Estate
Vincent Sauvestre acquired Château La Galinière in 2006. It is located in the town of Chateauneuf-le-Rouge. Managers Fabrice Arcari and his wife Aurélie are continuing a long and successful quality control, in the vineyards, thank to green harvest and in the cellar, using a sorting table in order to keep only the best grapes for the macerations. The winemaker is Daniel Péraldi.
The Galiniere Vineyards
Mount Sainte Victoire (made famous by French artist Paul Cézanne) is located in the Cotes de Provence region, 6 miles away, Eastbound, from the famous city of Aix-En-Provence.
The vines are, on average, 30 years of age and are situated at the foothills of the "Cengle" range of hills in the village of Chateauneuf-le-Rouge on the road from Aix-en-Provence to Italy. The soil consists mainly of Bauxite which gives the soil its beautiful red color, together with clay and chalk.

A barrel fermented, old vines Verdejo made in a style different from what we typically see in this white varietal. It has a remarkable complexity, resulting in the smoothness and depth of a high-end white. Very suitable for cellaring.
Golden yellow color with greenish reflections. Complex, toasty aromas of nuts & dried fruit. Large, creamy, spicy, balanced and voluminous.
Rice with fish, cooked seafood, grilled seafood, baked white fish.

"The eponymous 2020 Ossian was produced with Verdejo grapes from old, organically farmed vines around the village of Nieva (Segovia), a zone where phylloxera didn't reach. They consider 2020 their finest vintage to date, with a big change from 2018 and when they have achieved a much better understanding of their vineyards. It has notes of pit fruit and sweet spices, with good weight on the palate, moderate alcohol (13.5%) and ripeness and good freshness and balance. It's serious and with potential to develop in bottle. 80,000 bottles produced. - Luis GUTIERREZ"

Corne Loup Cotes du Rhone Rouge is made from 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
Color: dark red ruby.
Aromas: red berries, truffles and spices.
Flavors: complex and rich. It shows red and black fruits, with an herbal spice type of aromas coming from the surrounding vegetation (Garrigue).
The average age of the vines is 40 years. (The oldest vines are 80 years old). Yield: 40 hl/ha The soil is mainly sandy marl and small pebble stones.
Lamb, duck, turkey, red meat, game and cheese.
