Pernot Belicard Meursault Vieille Vignes is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
The wine is produced from old vines Chardonnay coming from a small parcel of 1.63 acres in the village of Meursault.
This wine offers stone fruit aromas on the nose combined with tropical fruit notes and a hint of toasted oak. The mouth is wide and rich. Complex and textured, bright acidity, a good tension that brings length and balance to the wine that finishes on mineral and citrus fruits.

This small six-hectare domaine located in the heart of Puligny-Montrachet is making rapid strides. Philippe Pernot (a scion of the Paul Pernot dynasty) launched the Pernot-Belicard label in 2009 after marrying Miss Belicard, daughter of Mr Belicard (who owned vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet). In the vineyards, Philippe cultivates the soils, de-buds aggressively and takes pains to retain his old vines in good health. The grapes are harvested by hand, with Philippe typically among the earlier pickers in the village. Since 2014, there's more sorting, the grapes passing over a shaker table before being whole cluster pressed. Initially, the wines were bottled to make room for the new vintage, but Philippe, evidently an inquiring mind, felt that something was missing: now, the wines stay in barrel until August, but spend an additional three to six months in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with the fine lees. The result are wines that are more integrated and complete. These are already very good wines, and Philippe possesses some enviable parcels, but it is his desire to refine and improve that marks this out as an estate to watch.

Wolfberger Alsace Grand Cru Riesling Rangen de Thann is made from 100 percent Riesling.
Mineral, spicy, minty with some eucalyptus notes, tropical fruits, grapefruit. Balanced and exotic in the finish, with long lasting flavors.
The Rangen Grand Cru is located in Thann, deep in the south of Alsace. Its particular soil is made of volcano-clastic rocks that drink up the heat of the day and send it back out again at night. The composition of the soil allows the roots of the vines to drink deeply from the mineral-rich sub-soil. Its southern exposure has the advantage of refreshing, drying winds in case of dampness. The high slopes are quite steep, reaching 68% in some places, requiring that the harvest be done by abseiling or roping down. Perfect for aging, these wines will reveal even more qualities after several years in the cellar.
Pair with Serve with fish, seafood, sushi, sashimi, goat cheese, vegetarian food.

Belle Glos Las Alturas Vineyard Pinot Noir is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
“Las Alturas” is Spanish for “the heights,” a fitting name for a vineyard sitting on one of the highest grape-growing benches in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, at up to 1,200 feet. Nestled between the Santa Lucia Mountains and the western side of the Salinas Valley, the site takes in early morning fog off Monterey Bay and gusty afternoon winds that moderate temperature and stretch out one of the longest growing seasons in California. Those winds also produce smaller berries with thicker skins, which is where the vineyard’s signature color and concentration come from. Pinot Noir clones were matched to individual slopes and soil types across the bench, and yields are kept deliberately low to preserve fruit intensity.
The result is the boldest and most structured wine in the Belle Glos lineup: robust, expressive and full-bodied, balanced by the firm acidity this cool coastal region is known for.
