Ribeiro blanco is produced from estate-grown grapes using traditional winemaking.

Intense white fruit aromas when young, it develops complex nuances after a few years in the bottle.

"The white 2015 Vilerma shows really well for the warm vintage. It's mainly Treixadura (67%) and the rest a myriad other varieties including Godello, Albariño, Lado, Loureira, Caíño and Torrontés. It ferments in stainless steel and is bottled unoaked and without malolactic fermentation. It's very classic with notes of flowers, herbs, white fruit and a fresh, soft palate, with less acidity that 2014. Nicely balanced, approachable and easy to drink. 45,775 bottles produced. I also tasted a 2012 that was to die for, with great complexity, nuance and depth. Bravo! - Luis Gutiérrez"

The El Cortijillo Estate
El Cortijillo means the little farm in Spanish. The wine is made by Vinicola de Castilla in Manzanares (Ciudad Real) in an up to date, state of the art winemaking facility (30,000 sq meters/300,000 sq ft) with the capacity of producing 2 million liters and holding 8,000 barrels. Founded in 1976, it's a privately owned corporation (not a co-op). Since its inception, a DO La Mancha pioneer in fruit-driven young wines, barrel-aged reds and varietals. More than 600 international awards for their wines.

Production by type: 65% Red wine, 35% White and Sparkling.
Export sales represent 50% of the production. The winery exports to 22 countries.
Capacity is 20,000,000 liters, currently running at 12,000,000 liters of yearly production.

The El Cortijillo Vineyards
The winery and the vineyards are all located in the "La Mancha" DO. Tempranillo is the primary grape varietals and it represents 70% of the total production.

They grow the following 5 red grape varietals:

     · Syrah

They also grow the following 6 differents types of White grape varietals:

Aged for 20 months in 100% French, medium toast; 60% new, 40% one & two year old
The nose leads off with plum, bright blackberry, and dark bing cherries. A touch of dried blueberry rounds out the fruit profile. Floral notes and cocoa, with nuances of cedar and spice, are sprinkled throughout. "Bright, dark red. Ripe aromas of currant, black cherry, licorice, fresh herbs and dark chocolate, lifted by a floral element. Plush and seamless but laid-back, conveying a restrained sweetness to its creamy flavors of currant, mocha and licorice. This wine didn't display quite the sweetness, horizontality or length of the 2015 Merlot on first pour but it expanded beautifully with 48 hours in the recorked bottle without losing its spring. A very suave Cabernet with excellent aging potential. - Stephen Tanzer"

Abeja Merlot Columbia Valley 2014

This one-hundred-percent Merlot has really nice, bright red fruit, rose petals, and a richness on the nose. Flavors of plum, mountain strawberry and mocha come together with a balanced mouth feel and a long finish. Though it was a cooler vintage, I feel we have still captured the powerfully elegant style for which we are known.

Riebeek Chenin Blanc 2016

As the unofficial drink of the Riebeek Valley, the Riebeek Chenin Blanc is the perfect every day wine that offers uncomplicated quality for the novice and connoisseur alike.

Packed with upfront tropical fruit, the nose charms with an abundance of guava and gooseberries. The pallets follows through with fruit flavors, balanced by a crisp acid to ensure a fresh and fruity style of wine.

Grapes came from both bosstok and trellised vines with some of the vineyards as old as 46 years. Fermentation was done at lower than usual temperatures to capture the fresh fruit flavors.

Very accessible and suited to almost every occasion, the Riebeek Chenin Blanc never disappoints.

Ilaria Accordini Ripasso Valpolicella 2016

Ilaria Accordini Ripasso  is made from 60% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 20% Corvinoni

Intense red color with garnet hints. Almond and fresh walnut aromas. Full-bodied with a good structure.
This is an excellent red wine with a supple body. The techniques used to produce this wine is typical from the area.

Late harvest style Corvina aged on Amarone lees. The must of Amarone remains in the vat and instead of being pressed, it is topped up with high quality Valpolicella before being left to referment for about 10-15 days.
Pairs well with roasted meats.
