Our handpicked Reserva wines are born out of a strong desire to offer the very best expressions of terroir from our El Crucero vineyard, located at 360 meters above sea level. These carefully handpicked grapes deliver superb varietal characteristics and exceptionally well-balanced fruit concentration.

Our handpicked Reserva Sauvignon Blanc, unoaked and of a pale yellow color, delivers enticing tropical fruit and citrus aromas, a beautifully balanced palate with pleasing acidity and a soft persistent finish.

Siegel Naranjo Orange Wine Viognier is made from 100% Viognier.

This wine has a nice gold color with some pink hues. On the nose, it shows some sweet notes of spices, dry nuts, white flowers, as well as some light notes of huesillo (dry peaches). In the mouth it shows a beautiful acidity, with a nice mouthfeel and structure and a good length to the finish. 

Pair with rich fish and meat dishes, cheeses, appetizer and dessert

"Deep orange hue with a brown tinge. Really perfumed and expressive on the nose, with lots of peaches, dried lychee, honeysuckle, kumquat and gingerbread. A hint of caramel. Medium- to full-bodied and slightly grainy in texture, with plenty of flavors rounded by fine, silky tannins before a rich, sleek finish. Consistently a flavorful and outstanding skin-contact viognier. Drink now."

Siegel San Elias Carmenere is made from 100 percent Carmenere.

The nose shows beautiful red and dark fruit aromas, earthy notes and violets with balanced acidity. Supple and round in the mouth, juicy tannins, good concentration.

The wine pairs well with full flavored cheeses and lamb.

Siegel Special Reserve Carmenere is made from 100 percent Carmenere.

Viña Siegel is a family operated winery with a well-established tradition and long history. For generations we have been dedicated to the art of crafting wines with strong identities. Our Special Reserve wines represent the union of tradition and innovation in two generations. The grapes are sourced through careful selection of our best vineyards. Their ripe and round tannins clearly express the terroir of Colchagua. Siegel Special Reserve Carmenere has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It has an intense violet-red color, with aromas of black fruits, spices, dark chocolate and dried figs. The palate is balanced and juicy with velvety tannins and a long finish.

Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 5 days, with alcoholic fermentation occurring at 27-29°C for a deeper colour and better structure. Smooth pump overs happen once a day at the winemaker’s discretion. Post-fermentative maceration for 2 weeks. Then the wine is separated from its lees and malolactic fermentation ensues. Once the wine has fermented it is smoothly clarified and cold stabilisation occurs when necessary.

We’ve created a new seasonal for your enjoyment! Cherry Moscato combines the light, tropical sweetness of Moscato wine with the fresh, tart fruit of the Montmorency cherry. This premium blend is a seasonal selection available for a limited time only. Our cellar crew carefully blended our 100% real Cherry fruit wine with our Moscato wine to create a light, refreshing taste experience that is free of added colors or flavors. This spring seasonal wine will make a wonderful Mother’s Day gift or is an ideal addition to Easter celebrations. For a savory option, try serving it with prosciutto and Gorgonzola cheese or with pork steaks and barbecue ribs. For dessert, we recommend pairing this wine with a warm cherry tart à la mode. Look for the newly designed label for this limited selection in our St. James Winery Tasting Room or in a store near you. Sylvestra Malbec  is made from 100% Malbec. 

Very attractive ruby red color with dark tones. Aromas of black fruits, cherries and raspberries, spicy notes of red pepper.
The palate is fresh, fruity and well-balanced, with sweet and ripe tannins.

Sylvestra Torrontes is made from 100 percent Torrontes.

Sylvestra wines show typicity, varietal power and careful elaboration from the Bressia family with the character, freshness and rebelliousness of the new generation. Fruity aromas, floral memories and authentic flavors - here is the expression of Sylvestra, with no oak, just fruit.

Greenish yellow color with good and brillant intensity. The delicate bouquet reveals white peach, white flower blossom and roses aromas. Well-balanced, elegant, fresh and fruity on the palate, this Torrontes is full-flavored, unctuous and persistent in the mouth.

Ideal with white meats, cheese, salads, appetizers, seafood, fish.

Tamarack Firehouse Red is 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Syrah, 22% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec, 3% Sangiovese, 2% Grenache, 2% Cinsault 1% Petit Verdot, 1% Counoise, 1% Mourvèdre and 1% Carmenere.

Deceptively sweet aromas of strawberries, raspberries and rose petals. The flavors are dark, rich, lusciously mouthwatering, with cherries, boysenberries, tart plum skins, hints of leather, sweet pipe tobacco, and coffee beans. The tannins are firm, but not a bit edgy and the finish lingers with just a touch of anise. A truly lovely vintage.

Terre dei Buth Frizzante Rose Special Cuvee NV is made from 90% Glera and 10% Raboso.

Fresh, fruity with hints of gooseberry and redcurrant.

On top of being "Certified Organic", this is also "Vegan Approved".

Glera and Raboso are blended before foaming process into what we call "Special Cuvée", for its outstanding drinkability and delicate scents. Glera, which is the variety used to make Prosecco, brings the liveliness of the most famous Italian sparkling wine to this cuvée, which reaches perfection thanks to Raboso, which is an indigenous red grape of the Venetian region, well-known for its hints of red berries and smooth taste.

The grapes are coming from vines planted on gravelly soils.
Average age of the vines is about 10 years old. 
Grapes are machine-harvested, so that the grapes are pressed about 10 minutes after picking,allowing to preserve the freshness of the fruit, and avoiding micro-fermentation that would take place by leaving the grapes for too much time in the vineyard after picking.
Each grape variety is harvested and vinified individually.
After picking, grapes are soft-pressed, and the primary fermentation is completed in about 10 days. Then fermentation takes place for 5-6 months, where the cuvée reaches the appropriate level of acidity for foaming, which is performed in stainless steel tanks, thermo-conditioned, for about 20-25 days.

Thibaut-Janisson Blanc de Chardonnay is made from  100% Chardonnay

Appellation 100% Virginia

Winemaking Notes The grapes are handpicked in small baskets late August and are gently pressed as whole clusters. After a settling of 24 hours, the juice is inoculated with selected Champagne yeast and ferments in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Once the fermentation is over, the wine ages on the fine lees until the spring of the following year. The blend is then put together and cold-stabilized prior to bottling. The bottling occurs in the spring when the cellar temperature is conducive to a second fermentation in the bottle. The now sparkling wine will age on the yeast for over 24 months. At disgorging, a small amount of dosage liquor is added in order to balance the natural acidity.

Clean, crisp and refreshing! With scents of white flowers, apples and pears. This sparkling wine is elegant and complex with vibrant aromas, and fine active streamers. The depth of complexity is elegant and the intricate nuances of the terroir fill the nose and stimulate the palate. It’s full of youthful, bright and alert acidity. 

A parcel of 90 ares, one part is 20 years old and the other part is 55 years old. Its is called Les Pressonniers, in Gevrey-Chambertin.

Bourgogne Rouge Côte d’Or comes from a plot of Gevrey-Chambertin vines, giving delicate fruit and body, as well as the character and complexity of the Gevrey-Chambertin terro

Michel Thomas Sancerre Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc (40% Caillottes, 40% Grosses Terres, 20% Silex)

The wine displays an exotic nose with a touch of smoke and licorice. On the palate, peach and watermelon dominate with citrus zest and chalk notes.

Thorn Clarke Milton Park Shiraz is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Deep red color. The wine is deep and rich smelling with dark fruits, plums and spice with some good oak. There is very rich fruit on the palate with plums, blackberry and sweet spice from the oak. The palate is vibrant and young with a flavorsome viscous mouthfeel which will develop complexity with time. There are some slightly chewy tannins which will soften with time and there is great length of fruit flavor.
