Thorn Clarke Single Vineyard Malbec is made from 100 percent Malbec.

The Single Vineyard Selection range focuses on single site, small batch wines, highlighting the true characteristics of each individual variety. Each block is hand selected by our winemaker and viticulturist each year, choosing the wines that best reflect the strengths of each individual vintage.

The wine is sourced from the most Northern area of the Barossa and featuring a vibrant purple hue. The nose is lifted with perfumed blueberry and satsuma plum evident. The palate is full bodied and rich with layers of blue fruits, Christmas spices and subtle complex French oak.

Pairs with braised Lamb Shank or Blue Vein Cheese.

Tres Ojos Rosado Calatayud is fresh, crisp and juicy Rose made of 50% Garnacha and 50% Tempranillo displaying beautiful strawberry and raspberry fruits. Enjoy with salads, chicken or simply with a glass. Serve chilled.

Bramare Lujan De Cujo Malbec is made from 100 percent Malbec. 

Deep ruby red color with violet tones. Aromas of red fruit, plum, graphite and floral notes. The palate is round and balanced, with sweet and juicy tannins.

Review:

Tight, intense and layered, this full-bodied wine can be appreciated now for its cocoa, blueberry and blackcurrant flavors, but will surely improve and gain complexity with time. Aged in 20% new oak, mostly barriques. Very fine-grained tannins wrap around deep blue and black fruit, with spearmint and dark chocolate buoyed by good acidity and showing great minerality in the finish. Best from 2028.

Bright dark color, balanced acidity and sweetness. Taste of cinnamon, vanilla, liquorice and clay. Pleasant finish with bitter herbs.

In 1904 Cherubino Valsangiacomo produced the first vermouth bottle, afther 100 years, the fifth generation of the Valsangiacomo familly STILL making it with the ancestral formula devised by Benedetto Valsangiacomo.

Red Vermouth, flavored fortified white wine base, together with aromatic mediterranean herbs such as fennel, chamomille and tyme, sweeted with sugar, and grape must caramel.

Ideal as an aperitif, on the rocks with an orange slice. Also very good with cured and pickled products.

The backbone of this Cabernet Sauvignon is derived from a vineyard in the Atlas Peak AVA of Napa Valley where soils are volcanic in origin and have limited water retention. The balance of fruit is sourced from Coombsville and Oak Knoll. The small berry clusters and intense fruit from low-yielding vines create a wine with full flavor and longevity.

This Cabernet delivers multi-layered aromas of ripe black cherries, toasted oak, dark chocolate, cardamom, vanilla bean, and cedar. A rich medium-bodied wine with plush rounded tannins and juicy blackberries and orange zest that linger on the finish.
