Ibizkus White Tierra Ibiza is made from 90% Malvasia and 10% of other grape varietals (Macabeo, Muscat and Chardonnay).
With the Malvasia grape as the protagonist, Ibizkus white is an intense wine with its own personality. A straw yellow color with golden hus, it is medium-bodied, smooth, creamy and aromatic with citrus fruit, stone fruit and smoked fragrances. Silky on the palate with balanced acidity..
Vineyards on the west of the island bring density and fullness to the wine while the Cala Mastella vineyards add freshness.
Malvasia is grown on calcareous clay terraces in the San Mateo region and limestone rock slopes on a vineyard close to the sea at 180-metre altitude.

Imperial Stag Malbec is made from 100 percent Malbec.
Intense and bright ruby red color. Aromas of ripe fruit with spicy notes of eucalyptus and licorice. Vanilla and tobacco aromas contributed by the ageing in French oak barrels. Good volume on the palate, balanced, intense with great concentration, sweet flavors, with rotund tannins polished with elegance and sophistication.

There's a texture, weight and self-confidence about the Imperial Stag reds that I find really appealing. Stylishly oaked in 85% new barrels, it combines aromas of violet, liquorice and coffee bean with a palate of cassis, blackberry and fresh green herbs, sculpted tannins and a refreshing, tapering finish. 2025-32

Located in the south of the Mâconnais region, the Pouilly Fuissé AOP covers four communes Its patchwork of Climats produces white wines that are well suited to fine cuisine. Our Pouilly Fuissé comes from vines nestling between the Roche de Solutré and the Roche de Vergisson. It combines the firm crispness created by the limestone soils with the smoothness derived from the more clay rich soils to produce a well rounded wine.
Fruity aromas of peaches, lemons and Granny Smith apples interwoven with lighter notes of jasmine and acacia Mineral and buttery overtones subtly round off the bouquet.

La Ronciere Selva Oscura Sparkling Extra Brut is made from 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay.
Selva Oscura was born to further complement La Ronciere’s cold-climate wine program. This wine is a response to our quest to find the perfect wine, one that combines structure, complexity and balance. It is the result of a careful selection of grapes not from the vines but from the appropriate clusters, those that naturally produce three or less clusters and which are 60 or more years of age. Vines situated on slopes and terraces of limestone and clay soil, well exposed to the sun. These grapes are harvested in small boxes at the very best moment, then inspected on the selection table and vinified in small groups at a controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation they are macerated to extract their full potential. The resulting most is then settled in new French and American oak barrels to undergo malolactic fermentation. This second fermentation ensures the wine gains in complexity and aromatic intensity, it also stabilises its colour.
Fully ripened and concentrated fruit aromas with balsamic and spicy mineral nuances, notes of blackberry and blueberry preserve wrapped in creamy oak, caramel and milky coffee tones. The palate is concentrated, unctuous in the centre, balanced, sweet, with fine tannins. Very long finish, expressive, clearly marked with the character of the soil.
Hiru 3 racimos is a complex wine and so is its pairing with food. We must consider two options, either drink it in light sips so that the wine itself is the star of the feast, or serve with solid dishes that can match its vigour. An Iberian pork loin with roasted peppers, steak with mushrooms and plums, wild boar stew or pheasant in port are dishes that blend incredibly with this characterful wine.
Signature Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and nearly equal portions of Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot.
The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon has been a foundational wine for more than five decades. It is a benchmark for the long-lived hillside wines of the Napa Valley, full of structure and aging potential, yet seductively forward in its concentrated varietal character. The dry, rocky soils of Pritchard Hill produce small, intensely flavorful grapes. Crop thinning allows for full, even ripening and elevates flavor complexity.

Nine different Cabernet clones joined forces for the 2022 Signature, a wine designated in what the winery offers only in extraordinary vintages. The final blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, includes Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot in small quantities. Luscious, as expected, a bath of puréed black cherries and milk chocolate match with teeth-coating plum skin tannins.
