Intense ruby red color. Hints of spices, fruit and flowers, a bouquet that reflects the soil on which it is born, rich in Alberese. In the mouth it is soft, with a pleasant acidity that makes the wine fresh and lively. Sweet and ripe tannins give the wine a pleasant persistence. Riserva dei Colli is an excellent expression of the Estate's Sangiovese, so much so that it bears its name.
Review:
Bordering on opulent, this red features blackberry, black currant, plum, iron and spice aromas and flavors, matched to a velvety texture. Firms up as the resonant tannins emerge, yet remains harmonious and long. Drink now through 2032. 1,700 cases made, 570 cases imported.

La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904 is made from 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano
The 2015 Gran Reserva 904 Tinto offers great aromatic complexity, with notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, plum, blackberry and cranberry combined with aromas of tobacco, brioche, ground coffee, caramel, cedar and cinnamon blossom. The alcohol and acidity are elegantly balanced on the palate and its polished, gentle tannins and freshness provide a smooth and refined mouthfeel. Fine, delicate and very long aftertaste, that will continue to be rounded with time in the bottle, making this new Gran Reserva 904 a wine with great cellaring potential.
Especially recommended with all kinds of meat and stews, seasoned fish and desserts with chocolate or red fruit toppings. Perfect as an after-dinner drink.

A perfumed nose of plums, mulberries, mushrooms, caramel, sweet tobacco and sweet spices. Full-bodied with velvety, fine tannins and lively acidity. Balanced and supple with a creamy texture. Delicate and precise with a long, polished finish.

La Torre farm takes its name from the antique 10th Century Medieval tower, which has been skilfully refurbished and even today is the distinguishing feature of the rural village, La Villa, located in the hills of San Gimignano, in the centre of the most suggestive and fascinating landscapes on earth: a land of vineyards and olive groves.
Vernaccia di San Gimignano was the first DOC in Italy for white wine and had a much more widespread recognition in the past than it does today. The Vernaccia of the past was a light golden-colored wine, full-bodied, rich and round, with a special freshness and elegance. This description alone gives the impression of a wine that can age and, in fact, Vernaccia di San Gimignano is the only Italian white wine that has the right to be called Riserva if aged for 1 year. Greed, over-production and poor administration has begun to wear away at the image of this wine and the traditional style that brought it so much acclaim in the past.
The fame of this varietal (100% Vernaccia) is as much tied to the city from which it comes as to the wine itself. San Gimignano is a beautiful Tuscan town renown for its towers. In a great show of one-upmanship during the 10th Century the inhabitants constructed 72 towers each one more beautiful and higher than the other. Today only 14 of those towers remain and one is on the 350 hectare estate of Enrico Angiolini, 42 of which are under vine. Angiolini is a traditionalist and he believes that more than just the fame of this city should be tied to the wine. He fought hard to see that the wine bearing the San Gimignano name is from grapes grown and bottled within the confines of the community. He was successful not only from blocking large Chianti houses from bottling Vernaccia outside the zone, but he was also responsible for its receiving a DOCG, Italy’s second white wine to be so honored.

Our winemaking "style" is solely determined by this place or terrior we call "Paradigm." Winemaking is agriculture when you own your vineyards and are able to farm them to promote the very best Earth will give you. All of our selections of wines are made from five varietals on the estate. Every wine is 100% farmed and grown by us.
Complexity in our wines supported by luscious fruit and acidity is our hallmark. Our efforts during harvest and barrel cellaring concentrate on maintaining the freshness from the first day we handpicked each vineyard block. Simple winemaking protocols are employed while crucial “timing” oriented winemaking decisions rule each day.
Dark Cabernet color with beautiful aromas of black cherry, cassis, plus 5-spice, vanilla. Big, ripe and mouthcoating across the palate. The flavors are similar to the aromas with ripe fruit, berry/cherry pie, moderate tannins, and nice length. This wine shows enough structure to be age-worth, yet soft and balanced enough to enjoy upon release. Flavors linger in this tasty, dense wine. Tastes like Oakville. -Heidi Barrett
Boira' Pinot Grigio is made from certified organically farmed vineyards surrounding the city of Verona.
The wine shows a brilliant straw color with golden reflections. Fresh and floral bouquet with a hint of pears, apricots and bananas blended with intense aromas of acacia flowers. Fresh and inviting on the palate with bright fruit and an easy drinking style with a pleasing hint of almonds in the aftertaste.
The average age of the vines is 25 years old. The vineyards' soils are made of stoney calcareous, rich in minerals and fossils that gives this wine bright aromatics and a refreshing lift on the palate. After a 12-hour skin maceration to obtain enhanced aromas, the wine is fermented in stainless steel. The finished wine is placed in stainless steel holding tanks until bottled. Aged 3-4 months in stainless steel.
Pairs well with seafood dishes.
