Boussey Meursault Les Meurgers is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The grapes for Meursault Les Meurgers are coming from the parcel located on the route to Auxey Duresses, in a horseshoe shape ravine. The grapes always reach ripeness quite early in the season. The name of this village comes from the efforts undertaken by man to plant vines in extremely stony soils. Stones that were thrown formed piles, that are called "murger".

Rich and luxurious wine, well balanced and structured in the mouth. Beautiful golden yellow in color with green highlights. It boasts aromas of toasted nuts, ripe fruit and a very delicate oak aroma. On the palate it is dry and mellow with a lingering smooth finish.

Pair with foie gras, lobster, seafood, poultry and fruit tart.

Jean-Michel Sorbe Reuilly Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc. 

The first nose is expressive and opens up to notes of acacia, citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Full on the palate with lovely freshness. This wine boasts nice balance and good length.

The vines are 15 to 20 years old and are located on the left bank of the Cher River, southwest of Quincy. This vineyard enjoys good exposure to the sun and overlies hillocks composed of sandy alluvial deposits and gravel dating back to the Quaternary Period. Each terroir is managed with minimal intervention in an environmentally friendly approach. Vinification: Slow pressing. Fermentation took place under controlled temperatures (18°C).The wine was aged on fine lees for a minimum of 4 months. It was filtered only once before being bottled.

Pair with crustaceans, asparagus, or goat's cheeses.

After pouring, allow the wine to breathe for a few moments in the glass before enjoying so that it may fully release all of its aromas.

Boussey Monthelie Blanc is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The name Monthelie comes from Mont Lyoei, mountain of Bacchus. 

The Boussey Monthelie Blanc has a nice pale yellow color with green reflections.  Aromas of white flowers, fresh almonds, lemon and minerality.  The finish is long with a very good balance between the acidity and the ripeness. 

Goes well with poultry, fish and crab cakes. 

Jean Arthaud Bourgogne Blanc is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The AOC Bourgogne Chardonnay extends over the departments of Yonne, Côte d'Or and Saône et Loire. Bourgogne Chardonnay is a regional AOC, which means that the wines can be produced in all of the Burgundy region. This AOC represents half of the local production and covers almost 2,000 hectares of area with strict criteria of vinification and elaboration, offering wines of high quality (yields/terroirs/production methods and local know-how).  The ideal location of the vineyards provide the best terroir for Chardonnay and give the wines of Burgundy a unique identity.

Jean Arthaud Bourgogne Blanc offers citrus and peach aromas with hints of floral notes. On the palate, the wine is supple and round, with well balanced freshness and generous length.

Fayolle Hermitage Blanc Les Dionnieres is made from 100% Marsanne.

Fayolle Hermitage Blanc Les Dionnieres boasts a superb golden yellow color and extraordinary smoothness and creamy, honeyed aromas of hazelnut, peach and apricot developping into scents of iris, narcissus and lime blossom. Pure and crisp, a solid texture and a clean finish.

Villa Maria Single Vineyard Seaspray Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc. 

Seaspray Vineyard lies against the rugged eastern coastline of the Awatere Valley where the fresh ocean air slows the growing season to develop Sauvignon Blanc of incredible power and intensity.

The oceanic influence is evident on the palate with a distinctive, briny seashell character and lively acidity supported with notes of Kaffir lime, capsicum and freshly picked culinary herbs.

Review:

Fresh and saline nose of dried limes, salted yellow plums, guavas, wild herbs and white asparagus. Crushed sea shells, too. It’s medium-bodied with a focused, compact palate. Flavorful and driven finish with excellent freshness. Drink now. Screw cap.
