Review:
"Brilliant salmon orange color. Interesting aromas and flavors of sweet pickle relish and spiced berries and plantains with a silky, bright, dry-yetfruity light-to-medium body and a delightful, medium-length finish imparting nuances of watermelon, Bing cherry, and nut brittle with a suggestion of oak flavor. A uniquely flavorful rose with a great savory character." - Tastings, 2019 World Wine Championships, 91 pts, GOLD MEDAL , "Exceptional", BEST BUY

"Medium gold color with a rich, seductive nose of roasted grains. Shows an elegant attack and a very fine, rich mousse. Finishes very dry but long. Dried lemon peel and toasted bread are evident on the richly textured palate with notable mineral character. Finishes very dry and long."

"This rosé appears so pretty in the glass with its watermelon hue and presents a refreshing summery nose. Find notes of watermelon slices and yellow peaches sprinkled with sea salt. Think of pairings similar to prosciutto-wrapped melon. This is a solid rosé to enjoy all summer long."

At the foot of Spring Mountain, the vineyard produces soil and mineral-driven cabernet sauvignon with aromas of ripe blackcurrant and damp earth. A dense palate of blackberry and cassis flavors harmonize with intense mineral expressions bolstered by soft, lush tannins.
Review:
Superb aromas of blackberries, currants, crushed stones, conifer and wet earth. Menthol, too. Full-bodied with a dense center-palate, yet it remains agile and persistent. Lovely character and richness at the finish, but not overpowering. Another three or four years will make it better, but already gorgeous.
