Dominus Napa Valley Christian Moueix Red Blend is made from 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot.
Dominus Estate is the Napa Valley property of Bordeaux producer Christian Moueix. The wine is bottled from the historic Napanook Vineyard. Located at the foothills of the Mayacamas, the vineyard was planted in 1838 and continues to evolve under the stewardship of Christian Moueix. The estate's Bordeaux varietals benefit from the Yountville microclimate where temperatures are moderated by cool breezes from the San Pablo Bay. The resulting wine is a uniquely refined expression of this special terroir. The 2023 vintage is seductive and deep with notes of cedar, oriental spices, wild berry, and cocoa, followed by a finely etched finish.

A polished and caressing texture that goes on for minutes. The balance and drinkability of this Dominus is terrific, and it will age beautifully. A blend of 87% cabernet sauvignon, 9% cabernet franc and 4% petit verdot. From organically grown grapes. Very drinkable now, but will age beautifully.

Dark plum in color with abundant aromas of dark chocolate, black cherry, and sun-ripened blackberry with a hint of cedar. Layered flavors of blackberry and raspberry pie filling, accompanied by notes of cinnamon, chocolate, and nutmeg play on the palate. Smooth and focused with refined tannins and a medium finish.

Barone Cornacchia Montepulciano d Abruzzo 2012 is made from 90% Montepulciano 10% Sangiovese
Deep ruby red with violet-purple reflections.
Huge, fruity bouquet, black cherry and herb scented.
Lush currant fruit with velvety soft tannins and perfect fruit acid balance. A wine of great harmony and intensity. The finish is long and spicy.
Area of production: Torri di Torano Nuovo
Harvest: October– by hand.
Vinification: 15 to 18 days maceration on the skins with a daily pumping over of the juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 28-30 °C.
Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Grilled or roasted white and red meats, dishes flavored with mushrooms, garlic and rosemary. Excellent with polenta dishes and game.

The Barone Cornacchia Estate
Barone Cornacchia was first established in Montepucliano in the end of the 19th Century and is considered a pioneer in the aging and bottling of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Located in the province of Teramo, the estate dominates the fertile valley of the Vibrata, lying at 240 meters above sea level.

Cornacchia currently has 32 hectares (79.04 acres) of vineyard and the vines are 20 to 40 years old. The soil is calcareous and stony which is excellent for drainage. Moderate influences from the sea, only 15 km away, allow for perfect ripening.

Grapes selected manually from our vineyards located on the southern slopes of Monte Yerga in the “Cuesta la Reina” estate. Grapes that are harvested with the utmost care, transported at low temperature in fruit boxes to the winery to avoid any damage to the fruit.
Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the wine is kept in maceration for 30 days while breaking the cap daily. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to oak barrels where it remains for 17 months before bottling.

"The 2019 Vinsacro Dioro Selección is a Vidau field blend sourced from Monte Yerga in Rioja Oriental. Aged for 18 months in French and Eastern European oak barrels, it is only released after five years in the cellar. Dark garnet in color, time in the glass reveals soy sauce, bay leaf and thyme notes, along with black fruit and chutney-like undertones. Dry and rich on the palate, it flows with softened tannins and a clingy mouthfeel, lingering long with an impression of tomato leaf. Chavy-Chouet Pommard Premier Cru Les Chanlins is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
Better known for its Meursault whites, Domaine Chavy-Chouet also crafts a small range of Cote de Beaune reds. Les Chanlins is a Pommard Premier Cru on the Volnay side of the village, a steep site of shallow, rocky soils over hard limestone, with clay and iron that lend the wine firm structure and a mineral cut. The vines average thirty years.
Fully destemmed and aged ten months in French oak with a fifth new, it is fresh and velvety, with red-berry fruit, real minerality and fine, noble tannins. Built to reward about three years in the cellar before it fully opens.
