Bavencoff Meursault Blanc is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Meursault shows a green golden color, leaning towards bronze as it ages. Limpid and brilliant, it exhibits silver highlights. The young wine is redolent of toasted almonds and hazelnuts in a floral and mineral (flint) setting. Butter, honey, and citrus fruits are also present. On the palate it is rich and fat with a cheerful and appealing taste of hazelnut.
Aged in French oak barrels (50% new).
Noble and fine-textured fish or meat, blue cheeses and foie gras.
Bavencoff Meursault Blanc Premier Cru is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Pale yellow in color, this is very charming with a rich bouquet of white fruits, grilled almonds and buttery aromas. The palate is ample, full-bodied and smooth. The delicate brioche flavors come beautifully before its fresh finish on citrus notes.
Aging: 100% oak barrels – 10 to 12 months
Produced fromp 100% Chardonnay.
Thanks to its clay rich soil, the vineyard produces a rich, opulent and luscious wine that can be enjoyed young. This is a powerful and elegant white Burgundy, expressive, fresh and fruity with intense and strong flavors. Unctuous and well-textured in the mouth with a distinguished acidity.
The array of intense aromas and exceptional balance will allow the wine to go with the most delicate yet intense dishes: rump of veal, crawfish, grilled lobster, risotto with morels.
Bavencoff Pernand Vergelesses Premier Cru Blanc is made from Chardonnay.
The wine offers a white gold or pale yellow color turning into darker gold with age. It boasts aromas of white flowers, (may, acacia) developing into notes of amber, honey and spices. On the palate it is mineral, harmonious and easy to like.

Sushi, fresh-water fish in white sauce, and for pasta or a seafood risotto.

“Leads with ripe aromas of grapefruit, Meyer lemon, peach, honey, and spring flowers. The palate is quite rich and palate coating, with stone fruits, citrus pith, crushed seashell, and sweet floral elements. Grand Veneur Chateauneuf Du Pape Blanc La Fontaine is made from 100% Roussane.
Yellow-gold color. The nose is rich in aromas of citrus fruit, tropical fruit, quince and honey, with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the same aromas appear together with a fatness combining exotic fruit and vanilla : the wine is rich, generous and elegant, with extraordinary length. "La Fontaine" is often considerated to be one of the best Châteauneuf du Pape white, and it is by definition a superb gastronomy wine.
Best between 1 and 8 years.
Limpid gold. Ripe citrus and pit fruit aromas are complemented by suggestions of candied ginger, pungent flowers and sweet butter. Fleshy and broad on the palate, offering impressively concentrated peach, pear nectar and tangerine flavors that tighten up slowly on the back half. In a hefty but energetic style, showing impressive clarity and minerally thrust on a very long, tactile finish. - Josh Raynolds"

"The 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc La Fontaine is all Roussanne, marked by scents of flowers and tropical fruit. A blend of barrel and tank-fermented portions, it's full-bodied, plush and rich, picking up complex hints of citrus, honey, clove, baking spices and pencil shavings on the long finish. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. - Joe Czerwinski" - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Issue 238, August 31st 2018), 92-95 pts
The first nose is expressive and opens up to notes of acacia, citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Full on the palate with lovely freshness. This wine boasts nice balance and good length.
The vines are 15 to 20 years old and are located on the left bank of the Cher River, southwest of Quincy. This vineyard enjoys good exposure to the sun and overlies hillocks composed of sandy alluvial deposits and gravel dating back to the Quaternary Period. Each terroir is managed with minimal intervention in an environmentally friendly approach. Vinification: Slow pressing. Fermentation took place under controlled temperatures (18°C).The wine was aged on fine lees for a minimum of 4 months. It was filtered only once before being bottled.
Pair with crustaceans, asparagus, or goat's cheeses.
After pouring, allow the wine to breathe for a few moments in the glass before enjoying so that it may fully release all of its aromas.
"The 2017 Reuilly Blanc (100% Sauvignon Blanc) is more straight and focused than the Quincy, offering a touch of flinty minerality as well as outstanding notes of lemon and citrus fruit, white flowers, and spice. It has notable elegance and is a balanced, vibrant white to drink over the coming 3-4 years."

What we are offering today is the holy grail of the Rhone Valley: Mordoree Lirac Rouge Plume de Peintre 2016. This wine is only produced in special vintages, 2012 being the last and now 2016 which is by far a superior Rhone vintage. The 2016 vintage has caused a feeding frenzy amongst collectors.
So, we have a wine rarely produced from one of Rhone’s top estates and the near perfect vintage combined with only 10 cases imported. All of which make this wine the most sought after wine not only in our portfolio, but in all of the Rhone Valley. It is no surprise this is considered the finest Lirac produced since the Delorme family of Mordoree was the force behind the rejuvenation of the Lirac region two decades ago.
A little research on the 2012 vintage shows it recently sold at auction for $170 euro a bottle! Make no mistake, this is the ultimate collector’s wine and from a vintage that puts the Rhone on our radar once again.
Tasted a week before bottling, the 2017 Lirac Blanc la Plume du Peintre is a blend of five varieties and was barrel fermented and aged in new oak (six Saint-Martin barrels, to be precise). Honey and caramel notes adorn tropical fruit, with hints of pineapple and guava framed and supported by orange and lime zest. It's full-bodied and rich, with a long, lively finish. - Wine Advocate 92-94 Points
