At Saint Cosme, their white wine traditions are as important and time-honored as the reds. The Clairette grape variety has found the ideal place to express itself in the cool, limestone valley of Saint Cosme. Produced by massal selection from the Le Poste vinevard, the Clairette for Hominis Fides thrives in Miocene limestone sand. Jersey Boys is a six-acre vineyard that was replanted in 2008 with four different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, handpicked by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown.
“While it was the third consecutive year marked by limited rainfall, the 2014 vintage offered a perfectly temperate growing season characterized by long, moderate days and cool, clear nights. We began the year with warm spring conditions that gave way to an early budbreak and the consistent, dry weather afforded an optimal fruit set of small berries with incredible concentration. Crop yields were down a bit from 2013, but the quality was magnificent. It was a textbook growing season, every winemaker’s dream.”

"There are 645 cases of the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Jersey Boys Vineyard (named after the fact that the Broadway Musical “Jersey Boys” was brought to the stage and screen by the owner of Kinsella). This wine and its siblings will do a lot to establish Dry Creek as more than another viticulture area better known for Zinfandel than Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a killer Cabernet Sauvignon with dazzling fruit levels and loads of loamy soil notes intermixed with black raspberry, blueberry and blackcurrant. The superripe and pure fruit hits the palate with a full-bodied crescendo. The wine offers up notes of underbrush, unsmoked cigar tobacco, pen ink and plenty of crème de cassis and blackberry, Drink it over the next 20-25 years. - RP"

Bressia Conjuro 2008 is from the Tupangato Region. Made from 50% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot. 200 cases produced. Aged in 70% French oak (Taransaud, Mistral, and Radoux), and 30% American oak.
"The 2008 Conjuro has a lifted, opulent bouquet of macerated red cherries, raspberry and wild strawberry that is very well-defined and seductive. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, succulent red fruit, seamlessly integrated oak and a supple, harmonious, elegant finish. Drink 2013-2025. - NM"

The patriarch of the Bressia Winery family is Walter Bressia. He has worked in the wine business in Argentina for nearly 30 years. Walter’s knowledge and skill shine through in the Bressia wines. From 1998 to 2003, Walter was the winemaker for Bodega Vistalba and Viniterra. In 2003, Walter and his family began their own winery. The Bressia Winery family includes wife Marita, daughter Marita, and son, Walter Jr. The Bressia Winery has been producing some of Argentina’s finest wines with only the highest quality technology and a hands-on approach to each and every product. The Bressia Winery incorporates the “Vinos de Autor” concept. This translates to “Author’s wines”, or personalized, high quality wines. The Bressia Winery boasts 320 oak barrels, all nearly new French and American oak. (60% French, 40% American).

From the volcanic soils in the blocks residing at the summit of Stony Hill's vineyard, their 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is showing beautifully. 2019 was a warm year with late spring rains and a true, dry fall finish. e late spring rains imbued wines with a characteristic freshness and tension, balanced by a generous fruit profile. Bing cherry, cassis, pomegranate seed, singed bay leaf, and cacao sings from the glass. The palate receives a structure showing breadth and presence with lacey tannins and a delicate, persistent finish.

Coteaux du Layon is a prestigious sweet wine appellation in the Loire Valley, producing luscious dessert wines from late-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes. The 'Ambre' (Amber) cuvée takes its name from the beautiful amber-gold color that develops as the wine ages.
This sweet wine offers rich aromas of honey, apricot, candied fruits, and quince. On the palate, it is generous and well-balanced, with concentrated sweetness offset by bright acidity that keeps the wine fresh and elegant.
