Cambon la Pelouse Haut Medoc is produced from a careful selection of the grapes. Made from 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Limited yield: 45 hl/ha.
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months (50% new oak). Intense ruby/purple color. Delicate aromas of red fruit, liquorice, vanilla and caramel. Ripe fruit flavors, well balanced, great harmonious structure, silky tannins and a good length.

Pairs well with game and red meats, cured cheeses.

"From an estate right on the border of Margaux, the 2015 Cambon la Pelouse checks in as 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, all brought up in 35% new barrels. It has beautiful complexity in its spicy oak, cedarwood, and black raspberry and currant aromas and flavors. These all carry to a medium-bodied red that has a seamless, ultra-fine texture, good concentration, and a great finish. It’s a beautiful, incredibly high-quality wine that’s already drinking brilliantly, yet I suspect it will shine for another decade."

Winery: Cambon la Pelouse

The Cambon la Pelouse Estate
Cambon la Pelouse is located in Macau, between Chateau Giscours and Chateau Cantemerle, just outside the Margaux appellation. Mr de Cambon founded the estate during the French Revolution. Annick and Jean-Pierre Marie took it over in 1996 and made some great investments to renovate the property.

The Cambon la Pelouse Vineyard
The vineyard spreads over 60 hectares of vines with an average of 30 years. The soil is made of fine and larger gravel from the quaternary period.
The vineyard is farmed under the "culture raisonnee" method (sustainable). Hand-harvesting, pruning, thinning out of the leaves, green harvesting, destemming ensure the perfect quality of the grapes.

Trois Moulins Haut-Medoc Cru Bourgeois 2015

Trois Moulins Haut-Medoc Cru is amde from 52% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc.
 

Average age of vines: 19 years.

Aged 8 months in French oak barrels (1 year old barrels)

This wine is ripe and firm on the palate. Flavors of black plum skin and blackberry form a rich wine that is approachable at an early age.  This wine is weighted enough to balance the intense tannins, with enough acidic structure to lift the finish.

Bavencoff Meursault Blanc Premier Cru 2015

Bavencoff Meursault Blanc Premier Cru is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

Pale yellow in color, this is very charming with a rich bouquet of white fruits, grilled almonds and buttery aromas. The palate is ample, full-bodied and smooth. The delicate brioche flavors come beautifully before its fresh finish on citrus notes.

Aging: 100% oak barrels – 10 to 12 months

Manual harvest.
Produced fromp 100% Chardonnay.

Thanks to its clay rich soil, the vineyard produces a rich, opulent and luscious wine that can be enjoyed young. This is a powerful and elegant white Burgundy, expressive, fresh and fruity with intense and strong flavors. Unctuous and well-textured in the mouth with a distinguished acidity.

The array of intense aromas and exceptional balance will allow the wine to go with the most delicate yet intense dishes: rump of veal, crawfish, grilled lobster, risotto with morels.

Chartron et Trebuchet Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru La Maltroie 2015

Of a pale yellow color, the Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru "La Maltroie” offers a discreet nose of hawthorn flowers, fresh hazelnuts and vanilla notes. Full in mouth, this wine has aromas of candied lemon and some minerality on the finish.

Average age of the vines: 50 years old.

Traditional vinification in French oak barrels with complete malolactic fermentation.

Pairs with Shellfish, fish, goat cheese.

Manoir du Carra Beaujolais Cru Fleurie 2015

Domaine Manoir du Carra Beaujolais Cru Fleurie is made from 100% Gamay grapes coming from the lieu dit "Montee de la Tonne".
The vineyard measures 1.5 hectare and the average age of the vines is 50 years. Yield: 48 hl/ha
Manual harvest; Semi-carbonic maceration for 10-12 days; Aging in Foudre for 3-4 months; Slight filtration.
Intense red color, subtle fruity and floral aromas of violet, berry and cinnamon. Ample in the mouth, fruit flavors. Even better after a few years of cellaring.
Excellent with red and game meats, and cheeses.

Chavy-Chouet Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Les Murgers des Dents de Chien is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

The wine is produced from 30 year-old vines overlooking the grand crus of Puligny-Montrachet. The vines grow on limestone soils covered with white pebble stones.
The altitude and the poor soil result in a fine, subtle wine with bright acidity. It is a feminine wine that evolves slowly with floral and spicy notes before taking on greater density and revealing its power.

Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months (20% new).100% Chardonnay of 30 years of age.
The vineyard measures 0.17 hectare with a plenting density of 10,000 vines per hectare.
