Monastrell without any makeup! This was fermented in stainless steel and aged in concrete before bottling, resulting in a wonderful expression of the variety with herbal aromas of thyme and pine needle, alongside pretty lavender and spicy black pepper. There is an appealing fleshiness, with intense red fruit and plum that are framed by ripe, well-managed tannins. A refreshing and organic Mediterranean red.

This large Spumante estate with just over 100 acres of vines produces high-quality Prosecco. The non-vintage Rebuli Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry is light-bodied and flowery with plenty of white peach, orange and pineapple notes in its exotic aromatics and flavors. Wolfberger Cremant d Alsace Rose Brut is 100 % Pinot Noir.
The wines from Alsace date back to 589 A.D., but Cremant d’Alsace has more recent beginnings, starting in 1900. Dopff au Moulin (founded in 1574) was the first to produce Cremant d’Alsace in the Method Champenoise style. Cremant d’Alsace received AOC status for sparkling wine in 1976. Two types of Cremant are produced today, resulting in about 2.5 million+ cases of Cremant d’Alsace production annually:
- Cremant d’Alsace, Brut – represents the majority of Cremant d' Alsace production. Uses Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the wine making. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus " (or villages), from the North and South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous village of Bouzy. Grapes from carefully selected plots are meticulously sorted and de-stemmed before going into the vats, and the controlled maceration helps with the color extraction and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir.
Intensely fruity flavors, clean and slightly sharp, the wine opens to the sensation of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, black currants and raspberries. The finish is supple and rounded.

Generosity no less than grace defines this 100% Pinot Noir from ten different crus primarily in the Montagne de Reims. Slightly coppery salmon-pink in the glass, it displays a radiant nose of ripe red berries that pop against glimmers of spiced biscotti and roasted cashew. On a broad palate of pure silk, raspberry and black cherry are underlined by blood-orange rind and crushed rock before a long, almost voluptuous finish that's slightly savory with dried mint.

Luis Canas Rioja Blanco Vina Viejas is made from 90% Viura and 10% Malvasia from 60+ year-old vines, barrel-fermented for three and a half months in new French oak.
Grapes are harvested into small crates and sorted by hand, bunch by bunch. Beautiful golden yellow with bright, luminous highlights; the nose is fine and elegant, weaving floral and fruity tones. The palate is dry, with crisp acidity that lends freshness and vivacity and a structured, tasty finish of ripe fruit. Best served at 8°C.
Pairs with shellfish, crustaceans and grilled white fish or fish stews, and also with rice dishes, soft and blue cheeses, all kinds of mushrooms, and fresh fruit.
