The label is an exact replica of the label used in 1974 by Maurice Martin when he began selling wine in bottle with his own label instead of selling everything to the negoce (Wine merchants).
It was the beginning of a quality driven goal, instead of quantity driven as it was the case before when the wine merchants would buy anything and the producer wouldn't mind as his name wouldn't be at stake.

Ecard Maurice Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir is 100 percent Pinot Noir.
Supple, fresh red wine with distinct fruitiness and showing a lot of the characteristics of the terroir from where the vines are situated with cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry aromas. Discreet tannins in the flavors give a more feminine image.
Growing in light and stony soil made up mainly of clay. The alcoholic vinification takes place in stainless steel vats followed by malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in 2 – 4 year old oak barrels.
A good all round red wine for meat courses, grills, barbecues and light cheeses.
Chartron & Trebuchet Pouilly-Fuisse is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Pale gold color with green highlights. The wine offers an amazing purity of fruit with enticing aromas of citrus (lemon and grapefruit) supported by a mineral character, toasty notes and roasted peanuts. The wine is rich, generous and elegant in the mouth with complex flavors and a mineral finish.
This Pouilly Fuissé is delicious as an aperitif or with mild tasting cheese (camembert, brie, blue, goat, gruyere...).
After a rigorous control of maturity during the summer, harvesting is carried out as soon as the sugar content of the grapes is optimal to allow the most natural winemaking. The harvested grapes are then transported to the winery Le Clos l'Evêque, where they are pressed out immediately on the pneumatic press. After a low temperature static settling for a day, the must is intoned in 500 liter oak barrels in the cellar where they will ferment slowly at low temperatures. Then patiently during the winter the wines will evolve: malolactic fermentation and stirring of the lees will follow one another to give at the end of spring, wines of great finesse.
Review:
"Floral aromas are wrapped in tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is steely; on the edge of lemon, lychee and ground up stone. Plucky acidity: a fine line of a high-wire act, balanced by a clean, pure sense of its terroir."

"A touch of chalk surrounds the lemony notes of wheat bran on the nose of this wine. Chalkiness continues on the smooth, textured and slightly creamy palate, which has lemony overtones. Freshness makes for a bright yet smooth finish. - Anne KREBIEHL MW"

Far Niente Post & Beam Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100 percent Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pure, fresh plum, violet, and sage aromas lead to a round palate layered with ripe plum, dark berry, and blackcurrant flavors. Leather, cedar, and dried herb accents, along with whispers of vanilla and oak provide depth, while lithe acidity keeps the wine lifted, balanced, and bright. Supple tannins feel like suede-velvet and carry the elegant fruit and spice flavors into a finish that goes on and on. This debut vintage is pure finesse.

Torres Perpetual Priorat is made from Cariñena and Garnacha
Perpetual is a wine born of time and terrain. The old Garnacha and Cariñena vines are between 80 and 100 years old and grow on steep, rocky slopes. Llicorella (slate) is the essence of this beautifully concentrated wine with great personality. The parcels are small and located near several villages of El Priorat. They belong to local winegrowers, but undergo rigorous controls to ensure that the fruit is of the highest quality. Perpetual is a tribute to the well-aging Priorat wines, intense, full of character and born to defeat time.
An elegant and harmonious red, displaying characteristics found in only the finest Cariñena and Garnacha blends. The combination of Priorat’s llicorella soil and temperate growing conditions yields medium bodied expression with highly approachable phenolic qualities. An exotic blend of ripe forest fruit, Mediterranean herbs, mineral nuances, and toasted holiday spice. An age worthy wine that drinks beautifully today.
Review:
Schisty aromas of iron and steel are hard to miss on a nose with earthy but fully ripe berry scents. This textbook Priorat blends minerally grip with creamy weight and pulpy ripe flavors of black cherry and black plum, while the finish is slightly sweet and on the easy side, indicating an open drinking window of now through 2026. Ottella Lugana DOC Riserva Molceo is made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana - 25-30 years old.
The wine is produced in the area of San Benedetto di Lugana in estate vineyards that are most suitable due to the high content of white clay.

The harvest and selection of the grapes are done strictly by hand, in small 17 kg crates.

HARVEST PERIOD • Harvest late in October.
FINING AND FERMENTATION • Delicate, soft pressing of the whole bunch for most of the production, the rest with gentle destemming by oscillation. Thereafter, a strict protocol of vinification: partial malolactic fermentation, fining for 16 months on the yeast and fine lees, which mostly takes place in stainless steel tanks (80%) and the rest in wooden tonneaux and barriques.
Stimulating with marine or freshwater fish, it also goes well with savory or fatty meat (goose or pork). Enjoyable with seasoned, herbal cheeses of various types and elaborate dishes.
Review:
"There’s a wild peppery and herbal freshness to the 2018 Lugana Riserva Molceo that keeps you coming back to the glass. A pretty bouquet of fresh peach, nectarine, kiwi and hints of vanilla bean develops over time. This is weighty and oily at first, yet it’s lifted by cooling acids and minerals, as white orchard fruits and hints of savory spice flesh out across the palate. A salty tension lingers on, along with notes of dried apricot and a twang of tart citrus. - Eric Guido"
