Patricia Raquin Puligny Montrachet is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Patricia Raquin Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru Garenne is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Dark mahogany. Aromas of dried fruits, oak and raising notes. Smooth, well balanced, rich and complex with a long after taste.
To be served on its own at room temperature, chilled from the fridge or over ice 'on the rocks'. Also a superb way to accompany desserts, pastries and cured cheeses.
Alain Jaume Condrieu La Butte d'Or is made from 100 percent Viognier.
The wine comes from vineyards planted on hillsides and soils that are covered with granite. The east and south-east exposures offer an environment where the Viognier expresses the best of its aromatic potential. La Butte d'Or Condrieu shows a golden yellow color, a complex nose of exotic fruits and hints of apricot. The palate exhibits some brioche notes that mingle with the delicate flavors of white peach and apricot compote. This Condrieu reveals its typical racy character with a long and fine finish.
Manual harvesting of the grapes at moderate maturity to maintain a white wine with intense but balanced and fresh aromas. Fermentation on the lees at 15 ° C for 10 months in fine-grained oak barrels. 10% of new barrels maximum. Stirring of the lees once a week.
Enjoy up to 5 years with fish dishes with sauce, terrine of foie gras, veal with cream, mushrooms, soft cheeses.
Patricia Aragon Cream shows a rich, dark mahogany color with an iodine-like tint. A sweeter wine made by adding a small amount of sweet PX wine to a dry "oloroso" base, the nose shows dried fruits (raisins, prunes, figs) along with toffee and toasty honey-like components. On the palate, it's rich, thick and smooth with a taste of raisins, toffee and candied orange peel.
An ideal companion to desserts, it is meant to be served slightly chilled or on the rocks.
"A blend of Oloroso and PX. Medium amber in color with fruity aromas of orange marmalade, and creme brulee. Soft, sweet mouth feel. Nice blend of citrus, caramel and ripe figs."

The Patricia Estate
The company Aragón y Cía. was founded in 1946, but the winery itself has been in operation since at least 1877. A prize awarded at the Córdoba wine exhibition of that year documents that the winery was producing wine at that date, and it's more than likely that the installations were in operation well before 1877. Situated in Lucena in the province of Córdoba, the Aragón cellars hold some 2,500 "botas" (500 liter oak barrels) using the "solera" system to convert fresh white wine from Pedro Ximénez grapes into the typical "finos", "amontillados" and "olorosos" of Montilla-Moriles.
The Patricia Vineyards
As is the case with most Montilla-Moriles producers, Aragón is an ageing cellar and does not own vineyards. The vineyards of the region are mainly Pedro Ximénez (PX) grapes (over 80%). The region's dry hot climate allows the naturally high sugar PX grapes to attain up to 17º alcohol potential. This means the wines produced here do not generally require the addition of alcohol (fortification), which is necessary for sherries. Aragón's expert tasters carefully select fresh, recently fermented PX wines, which are then transferred to the cellars for long periods of "solera" ageing.
Montilla-Moriles in the province of Cordoba, in Andalucía. The D.O spreads over 10,200 hectares (25,194 acres) of vines planted on limestone soils, at 300-600 meters above seal level.
Kysela Pere et Fils, LTD imports three styles of their Patricia sherry: Fino, Amontillado and Cream (the Cream is more like a P.X. Reserve).
Dark and chocolate, spiced with pretty notes of allspice and clove, this wine is round and rich, bursting with ripe berries, combined with an earthy complexity and a velvety finish.
Made from 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Franc
The wine spent 22 months on 75% new French oak with the remaining 25% second vintage French oak. Select barrels from the best forests of Taransaud, Boutes, Quintessance, and Vicard cooperages.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Merlot, this wine seems a little green out of the gate, with aromas of herbs, cocoa, vanilla, black licorice, woodspice and black fruit. The fruit flavors display the warmth of this region, with the tannins providing some heft, stretching out over time. - Wine Enthusiast 91 Points
Tamarack Cellars’ 2011 Ciel du Cheval Vineyard Reserve is an outstanding blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 29% Cabernet Franc that spent 22 months (each variety is kept separate until 12 months after the harvest) in 50% new and 50% once-used French oak. Classically styled, with lots of smoke tobacco, licorice and blackcurrant aromas and flavors, it has everything in the right place, in the right proportions, and is incredibly enjoyable to drink. Enjoy this medium to full-bodied, moderately tannic, balanced beauty over the coming decade, although it will probably last longer. - Robert Parker Wine Advocate 91 Points
