Patricia Raquin Bourgogne Chardonnay is made from grapes sourced in the Maconnais region. As it is located in a slightly warmer climate (as it is located 100 kilometers South compared to the Cote d'Or or Cote de Beaune), the wine tends to display more tropical notes, with elegance and freshness, with a touch less of minerality.
Patricia Raquin Chablis Vieilles Vignes is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: Golden color with slight green hints. Very fresh nose with some white flower notes. Very light oak flavors on the finish with vanilla notes.
VINIFICATION: Alcohol fermentation in thermoregulated temperature (22°C) in stainless tank with fine lies remontage.
Very light filtration - vinification only with natural yeast (no yeast added). Aging in 500 liters barrels for 5 months.

Patricia Raquin Nuits St. Georges les Vaucrains is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
"Vaucrains" comes from old French word meaning place with very little fertility (which is very good terroir for grape production)

Maison Patricia Raquin is a negociant based in Savigny-les-Beaunes in the heart of Burgundy. Patricia and her husband, Alain, have been in the business for decades and they have developed some incredible relations with producers all over Burgundy. The selection process is quite similar to what we would do with our own brand Rubus. Most of the wines come from incredible vineyard sites and from growers are associated with outstanding quality. "Stunning stuff, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label offers a full-bodied, deep, majestic style as well as beautiful aromatics of cr me de cassis, violets, flowers, and nicely integrated background oak. It has ultra-fine tannins, flawless balance, and a regal, age-worthy style that has so much to love. It, however, is not going to be for the instant gratification crowd and this actually shut down pretty quickly with air. I would hide bottle for 4-6 years and it s going to cruise over the following two decades in cold cellars."

Chavy-Chouet Pommard Premier Cru Les Chanlins is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
Better known for its Meursault whites, Domaine Chavy-Chouet also crafts a small range of Cote de Beaune reds. Les Chanlins is a Pommard Premier Cru on the Volnay side of the village, a steep site of shallow, rocky soils over hard limestone, with clay and iron that lend the wine firm structure and a mineral cut. The vines average thirty years.
Fully destemmed and aged ten months in French oak with a fifth new, it is fresh and velvety, with red-berry fruit, real minerality and fine, noble tannins. Built to reward about three years in the cellar before it fully opens.
