Product Description
Ricudda IGT Toscana Canaiolo is made from 100% Canaiolo.
Intense ruby red with purple tints. Aromas of flowers and berries accompanied by sweet spices. Fresh and easy to drink, with intense fruity notes.
Wine is vinified in French oak barrels for 2 months. Then it is aged in concrete tanks for another 2 months.
After bottling, the wine is kept in bottle for an extra 3 months before it is release to the consumer.
The wine is produced with grapes from organic viticulture and is clarified without the use of products of animal origin.
To be combined with first and second courses based on meat, cold cuts, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
First courses with game, grilled meats, fresh and aged cheeses such as pecorino.

The Ricudda Farm is located along a secondary route of the ancient Via Francigena, which in ancient times was traveled by pilgrims who went from France to Rome and descended from the ridge of Castellina in Chianti towards the main routes of the Val D’Elsa.
It takes its name from the French Coude / Couder / Recoude, which has the meaning of “elbow, bend”.
The name of the farm can therefore be traced back to the "elbow" conformation of the farm land.
The Fattoria has been producing wine since the 15th century and is one of the oldest farms in the Chianti area. It is located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti about halfway between Florence and Siena, at an altitude of about 360 m a.s.l. The farm and its grounds boast almost 800 years of history, from the first known acquisition a few years before 1300 by Bartolomeo di Grazia, a Florentine citizen of the time, who started production until our acquisition. The Squarcialupi family, the most powerful family in the history of Chianti, is also among the owners of the land. In 2016 the company
was acquired by the Bojola - Australi families with the aim of converting production towards a 100% organic product. 6 hectares of new vineyards were replanted, modern equipment was purchased and the old farm that houses the farm and farmhouse was renovated. The result is a production of high quality Chianti Classico with Sangiovese grapes and organic olive oil.

Carra Beaujolais-Villages Gamay Noir Non filtré is a new project for 2024.
We wanted a very fruity style of Beaujolais Villages using a good amount of carbonic maceration during the vinification.
The wine has a very nice ruby red color and a very pure and delicate nose of pure strawberries and cream that is very defined and seductive.
The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, lively red cherry fruit and pleasing weight on the finish.
Excellent with charcuterie (garlic sausage, dry sausage, boudin noir), but also delicious with Coq au vin (Chicken cooked in a red wine sauce).
The wine will also goes well with fresh fruit and a splash of Crémant de Bourgogne for a Burgundian Sangria.

Clos Saint-Jean is a 41-hectare estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape run by brothers Vincent and Pascal Maurel. Considered by many critics and wine-writers as the preeminent estate espousing the modern style of winemaking in Châteauneuf, this cellar is one of the oldest in the region, having been founded in 1900 by the greatgreat-grandfather of Vincent and Pascal, Edmund Tacussel. A short time after its founding and well before the AOP of Chateauneuf-du-Pape was created in 1923, Edmund began bottling estate wines in 1910.
The farming at Clos Saint-Jean is fully sustainable due to the warm and dry climate, which prevents the need for chemical inputs. Instead, Vincent and Pascal employ organic methods for pest control, mainly pheromones, to prevent pests from taking up residence in their vines, a process called amusingly enough in French, confusion sexuelle. The vines tended manually, and harvest is conducted in several passes entirely by hand.
Deus ex Machina is a literary and dramatic term for a miraculous intervention that interrupts a logical course of events in a plot or play. A suitable name for a cuvée that had it’s start in the torrid vintage of 2003 when Philippe Cambie and Vincent Maurel made the decision to harvest at the end of September, weeks after their neighbors. Deus ex Machina is a blend of old vine Grenache from La Crau, aged in tank with equally ancient Mourvedre from the sandy soils of BoisDauphin aged in demi-muid. Deus ex Machina is only made in the best vintages.

Lastly, the 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape Deus-Ex Machina shows a similar profile to the Combes des Fous, yet it brings another level of tannins and concentration. Kirsch liqueur, white flowers, sandalwood, cured meats, and graphite notes all shine here, and it's full-bodied, has a deep, layered, powerful, yet weightless profile, lots of ripe tannins, and a blockbuster of a finish. This ripe, sexy, seamless, incredibly impressive beauty will compete with anything in the vintage. As usual, this cuvée is 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre, which is brought up in roughly 40% new demi-muids.

Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 95.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.5% Cabernet Franc, 1.9% Merlot, 0.4% Petit Verdot
The Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 has notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, iris, vanilla and clove. Ruby in color, this elegant wine has great acidity and lift on the mid-palate. Black currant and warm baking spices linger with a deep and fruity finish. It will provide drinking pleasure through 2047 given proper cellaring.

The 2021 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley was harvested between 4 September and 8 October. The blend comprises 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 1% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. After blending, it was barrel-aged for 24 months in American oak, 50% of which was new, followed by 14 months of bottle ageing prior to release. The wine is beautifully layered and highly fragrant, with remarkable precision and focus in this vintage. Medium- to full-bodied, it integrates the hallmark Silver Oak American spice character through cedarwood aromatics, elegant whispers of vanilla bean, and nuances of fresh fennel (from more refined American oak barrels crafted after precision trials of both seasoning and toasting from the American oak cooperage they own in Higbee, Missouri). Supple dark-cherry and blackberry fruit are framed by graphite minerality, violets and clove, building in richness and complexity across the palate. Suave and silken, the dark-berry fruit is wrapped in a tapestry of velvety tannins, gliding to a focused finish of brown baking spices and crisp, clean acidity.
