Red, Rose and White Wines from Sancerre
Sancerre is a region located in the eastern part of France. It is one of Loire valley where grapes grown and wine are produced. The region has cool climate and chalky soils. Until the late 19th century, Pinot Noir grape is the main grape product in Sancerre. Red wine from Pinot Noir grape is commonly produced.
In the late 19th century, killer bugs plagued the vineyards. These bugs were known to inject their poisonous saliva in grapevines that intended to kill the grapes and devastate the vineyards. The vineyard crisis was called phylloxera. After the devastation, locals replanted grapes in the form of Sauvignon Blanc.
Sauvignon Blanc became the ideal choice of grapes as it works well with Sancerre’s cool climate. The grape grew popular and white wine is produced thereafter. Now, Sancerre produces red and rose wine from Pinot Noir and white wine from Sauvignon Blanc.

From the caillottes soil type.
A Sancerre fermented and aged in amphorae, straw-colored, with full aromas and a beautiful complexity: grapefruit, honeysuckle, orange blossom and a pinch of curry. A fine sweetness coats an expressive, dynamic and juicy mouth, with a zesty accent. Complete, persistent, its place is at the table, on fish with fennel for example.
A pure expression of Sancerre’s classic terroir. Grown on the appellation’s prized Caillottes soils — shallow, stony limestone mixed with gravel — this Sauvignon Blanc delivers exceptional elegance and vibrancy. The well-draining stones promote deep rooting and early ripening, yielding a wine with bright aromatics of citrus, white peach, fresh herbs, and wet stone. Crisp, lively acidity and a refined, mineral-driven finish make this the quintessential Sancerre — refreshing, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Ideal as an aperitif or with shellfish, goat cheese, and fresh seafood.
Only 1000 bottles produced.

A very deep purple, red in color. This wine showcases Shiraz with its depth of Barossa Valley and the alluring, aromatic freshness of Eden Valley. Vibrant aromas of dark cherries, anise and red raspberry. A distinctive wine with richness and dark berry, fruit compote palate. Perfectly balanced, elegant and refined.
Enjoy with beef filet, roast beetroot and horseradish, or Korean fried cauliflower.
This blend of Barossa Valley (67%) and Eden Valley fruit hails from five parcels averaging 80 years old, the oldest planted in 1854. Intensely concentrated in hue and muscular flavour. Spicy and mineral to the nose and palate, with glimpses of violets. Its iodine and liquorice-edged black cherry and blueberry flavour is succulent, but still in the grip of the sinewy, charry oak, making for an imposing, slightly austere finish. A powerhouse.
Saturated ruby. Heady aromas of ripe dark berries, cherry liqueur, vanilla and incense, with smoky mineral and exotic spice accents building in the glass. Seamless in texture and deeply concentrated, offering palate-staining black and blue fruit, floral pastille and mocha flavors that turn sweeter with air. At once plush and lively, finishing extremely long and smoky, with repeating dark berry and floral notes and velvety tannins.
